Claims (8)
- 내연기관의 흡기통로내에 설치된 열선식 흡기량센서의 출력에 기준하여 기관의 요구 연료량을 연산하며 이 연산치에 기준하여 연료 제어밸브를 제어하여 기관에 소정의 연료를 공급하는 연료 제어장치에 있어서, 기관정지후에 상기 열선을 통상의 동작온도를 상회하는 온도까지 가열하여 열선의 표면 부착물을 소각하는 고온소각 제어부와 상기 열선식 흡기량센서의 출력치가 소정치에 도달한 것을 검지하여 기관정지후의 고온소각 제어부의 작동을 금지하는 고온소각 금지부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기관정지까지의 운전기간중 기관의 역화를 검출하면은 상기 고온소각 제어부의 작동을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 역화를 열선식 흡기량 센서의 출력전압이 통상의 동작 수준을 초과하여 소정기간 저하한 것에 의하여 검출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 역화 검출후 소정시간 기간이 운전되었을 때와 흡기량의 적산치가 소정치에 도달하였을 때의 적어도 어느 한쪽의 조건이 성립된 경우에 상기 고온소각 금지부를 리세트하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기관의 소정치이상의 고부하운전 종료에서 소정기간의 경과 이전 또는 흡기량의 적산치가 소정치에 도달하기 까지의 기간내에 기관이 정지되었을때 상기 고온소각 제어부의 작동을 금지하는 연료 제어장치.
- 연료 제어밸브의 작동에 따라 내연기관에 연료를 공급하는 수단, 상기 내연기관의 흡기통로내에 설치된 흡입공기량을 검출하는 열선식 흡기량센서, 상기 내연기관의 상태가 소정의 운전조건을 충족할때 세트되는 동시에 상기 흡기량센서의 출력이 소정치에 도달하였을때 리세트되는 메모리가 있으며 내연기관의 정지후 상기 메모리가 세트상태에 있을때 열선을 통상의 동작온도를 상회하는 온도까지 가열하여 열선표면의 부착물을 소각하도록 제어하는 전자 제어유닛을 구비하여서 된 연료 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열선식 흡기량센서는 역화물 검출하므로서, 출력하며 그 출력전압이 통상의 동작수준을 초과하여 소정시간 저하한 것에 의하여 검출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 기관의 전개 운전기관으로부터의 혼합기체 역류에 의한 출력을 소정치와 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 제어장치.
