Description
Claims (3)
- 입력 신호를 수신하기 위한 입력 단자에 접속된 베이스를 가지고 있고, 제1저항기에 의해 공통점에 접속된 에미터를 가지고 있으며, 상기의 공통점이 전류 소스에 의해 제1전력 공급 단자에 결합된 제1전도형의 제1 및 제2트랜지스터와, 제1전도형의 콜렉터-에미터 경로가 제2전력 공급 단자와 공통점 사이에 배열되고, 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 베이스 사이에 배열된 실제로 동일한 2개의 제2저항기를 포함하는 전압 분할기의 태핑(tapping)에 결합된 베이스를 가지고 있는 제3트랜지스터를 포함하는 상호 콘덕턴스 회로에 있어서, 상기 회로가 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 콜렉터-에미터 경로와 직렬로 배열된 콜렉터-에미터 경로를 가지고 있고, 기준 전압 단자에 결합된 베이스를 가지고 있으며, 출력 신호를 공급하기 위한 출력 단자에 결합된 콜렉터를 가지고 있는 제1전도형의 제4 및 제5트랜지스터와 제4 및 제5트랜지스터의 에미터 사이에 배열된 3저항기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 상호 콘덕턴스 회로
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 회로가 또한 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 에미터와 제1 전력 공급 단자 사이에 배열된 콜렉터-에미터 경로를 가지고 있고, 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 베이스에 결합된 베이스를 가지고 있는 제2전도형의 제6및 제7트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 콘덕턴스 회로
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전류 소스가 정의 온도 계수에 따라 전류를 공급하도록 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 콘덕턴스 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
