Claims (24)
- 입자화된 세라믹 초전도성 물질 또는 상기 물질의 선구물질 입자화 혼합물 및, 고상의 유기 물질을 포함하는 조성물을 혼합하여 성형시키고, 성형 조성물을 가열하여 유기 물질을 제거시키며, 필요한 경우 상기 선구물질을 상기 초전도성 물질로 전환시키고 세라믹 초전도성 물질의 입자를 소결시키게끔 성형 조성물을 더욱 가열시키는, 세라믹 초전도성 물질의 제품 생산에 대한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 물질이 유기 중합 물질인 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 입자화 초전도성 물질 또는 이것의 선구물질 입자화 혼합물, 및 유기 중합체 물질과, 유기 중합체 물질이 용해가능한 액체를 포함하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 높은 전단력의 조건하에서 혼합되고 성형되는 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 조성물이 칼렌더링 및/또는 압출되는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서 나타나 있는 경우의 선구물질 입자가 초전도성 물질로 전환되며 또한 초전도성 물질의 입자가 소결되는 가열단계에 앞서 성형 조정물이 압축되는 공정.
- 제5항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 유기물질 및, 나타나 있는 경우의 액체 매개물이 조성물로부터 제거되기에 앞서 성형 조성물이 압축되는 공정.
- 제5항 내지 7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압축된 성형 조성물이 성형 조성물의 최대 디멘젼 보다 충분히 작은 최소 디멘젼을 지니는 공정.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성형 조성물이 5㎜이하의 최소 디멘젼을 지니는 공정.
- 제5항 내지 9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형 조성물이 와이어, 봉, 박판 또는 필름의 형태인 공정.
- 제5항 내지 10항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압축이후의 조성물의 최소 디멘죤이 압축이전의 성형조성물 최소 디멘젼의 50%보다 작은 공정.
- 제1항 내지 11항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초전도성 물질이 산화물 종류의 세라믹 물질인 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서,초전도성 물질이 최소한 란타나이드(Ianthanide)계열의 한 원소, 스칸디움(scandium) 및/또는 (yttrium), 최소한 하나의 알칼리 토류 원소 및, 최소한 하나의 천이 원소를 포함하는 공정.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 초전도성 물질이 YBa2Cu3Ox의 조성을 지니고 여기서 x는 6.5와 7.2사이인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제14항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초전동성 물질이 77K 이상인 임계 온도를 지니는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 15항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초전도성 물질 또는 그것의 선구물질이 0.001 내지 100마이크론의 범위에 있는 입자 크기를 지니는 공정.
- 제3항 내지 16항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 매개물이 유기 액체인 공정.
- 제1항 내지 17항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 최소한 입자와 초전도성 물질을 체적비로 40% 포함하는 공정.
- 제18항에 있어서, 조성물이 최소한 입자화 초전도성 물질을 체적비로 50% 포함하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 19항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기물질 및 나탄나 있는 경우의 액체 매개물이 성형 조성물을 300 내지 500℃의 온도 범위에서 가열함으로써 성형 조성물로부터 제거되는 공정.
- 제20항에 있어서, 조성물을 900℃ 내지 1000℃의 온도 범위인 산소 함유 분위기에서 가열시켜 초전도성 물질의 입자를 소결시키며 필요한 경우 선구물질을 초전도성 물질로 전환시키는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 21항의 어느 한 항에서 공정에 의해 생상죈 세라믹 초전도성 물질의 초전도체.
- 임계 온도 이하의 온도 및 최대 3000MHz에 이르는 주파수에서의 표면 저항이 같은 온도 및 같은 주파수에서 같은 형상 디멘젼을 지니는 성형구리제품 표면 저항의 1/3과 같거나 그 이하인 초전도성 물질의 성형 초전도체.
- 제23항에 있어서, 표면 저항이 성형 구리제품 표면저항의 1/10과 같거나 또는 그 이하인 성형 초전도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
