본 고안은 농작물에 물을 분사하게 위한 분무호오스의 분사공 천공장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a spray hole punching device of the spray hose for spraying water on the crop.
종래의 분무호오스의 분사공 천공장치는 호오스에 공기를 주입한 후 호오스 외부에서 침으로서 찔러 분사공을 천공하므로 분사공의 융출부가 호오스 내면으로 돌출되어 사용중 수압에 의해 융출부가 분사공을 막게 되거나 물속에 미세한 이물질이 융충불에 걸려 분사공이 막히게 폐단이 있어 이를 시정하기 위하여 선출원 고안된 공고번호 84-342호는 권취드럼에 권취시킨 비닐호오스내에 이동 로울러와 돌출을 지그재그로 돌출시킨 회전로울러를 유설하고 회전로울러의 일측면에는 호형탄편을 탄설시킨 펀치형틀을 내삽시켜 비닐호오스를 안내로울러 사이로 통과시켜 주므로서 모우터가 가동되어 인출드럼이 비닐호오스를 강제 인출시킴에 따라 펀칭형틀대에 유설된 회전로울러에 돌출된 돌침에 의해 분무구멍이 비닐호오스 내부에서 외측으로 천공되게 하였으나 이것은 일단 압출기에서 압출 성형된 비닐호오스를 별도의 권취드럼에 감아 안내로울러를 통과시키면서 분사공을 천공하므로 분사공을 천공하기 위해서는 별도의 작업공정을 거쳐야 하며 비닐호오스가 압출기에서 압출을 성형되어 완전히 경화된 상태에서 돌침으로 본사공을 천공하므로 비닐호오스의 면이 찢어지며 뚤어지는 상태가 되므로 분사공의 천공이 정확하게 원형이 되지 않고 돌침이 쉽게 마모되어 자주 교체를 해주어야 하는 불편이 뒤따르며 선출원 공고된 공고번호 85-188호는 비닐지에 통상의 방법인 침으로 분사공을 뚫은 다음 분사공의 용출부가 외부에 위치하게 비닐지 양단을 열첩착하여 접착부가 외부로 돌출되게 비닐호오스를 만들게 하여 본사공의 융출부가 외부에 위치하게 되므로 수압에 의해 융출부가 분사공을 막는 것을 방지하게 하였으나 이와같이 분사공의 융출부를 외부에 위치하게 하기 위해 비닐지에 분사공올 뚫은 다음 비닐지를 뒤집어 비닐지 양단을 열접착해야 하므로 작업공정이 복잡하고 번거로우며 열접착부분이 떨어져 못쓰게 되는 등에 폐단이 있었다.Conventional spray hole puncher of the conventional spray hose injects air into the hose and punctures the spray hole by using a needle from the outside of the hose, so that the melted portion of the sprayed hole protrudes into the inner surface of the hose so that the melted portion blocks the sprayed hole by water pressure during use.
