Claims (8)
- 저비점의 생성물로 전화시키기 위하여 수첨분해 대역에서 다핵방향족 화합물(PNA)를 형성하기 쉬운 탄화수소 원료를 수소 및 금속교환 제올라이트 결정질의 수첨분해 촉매와 승온 및 승압에서 접촉시키고; 상기 수첨분해 대역으로부터 탄화수소 유출물을 응축시켜 이를 저비점의 탄화수소 생성물질과 미량의 다핵방향족 화합물을 함유한 650℉(340℃) 이상의 비점을 갖는 비전화된 탄화수소로 분리시키고; 다핵방향족 화합물을 함유한 상기 비전화된 탄화수소 오일의 일부분을 다핵방향족 화합물을 유지시킬 수 있는 흡착제와 접촉시키고; 상기의 결과로 생긴 다핵방향족 화합물의 농도가 감소된 비전화 탄화수소유를 상기 수첨분해 대역으로 재순환 시키는 단계로 구성되는 접촉 수첨분해 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 원료는 감압 가스 오일로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수첨분해 대역은 약 1000-3000psig(약 6900-20700kpa gauge)의 압력으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수첨분해 대역은 약 500℉-775℉(약 260℃-413℃)의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속교환 제올라이트 결정질의 수첨분해 촉매가 합성 포우저사이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속교환 제올라이트 결정질의 수첨분해 촉매에 니켈과 텅스텐이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 실리카겔, 활성탄소, 활성화 알루미나, 실리카-알루미나겔, 클레이. 분자체 또는 이의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다핵방향족 화합물을 함유한 비전화 탄화수소 오일을 약 25-500psig(약 170-3450kPa gauge)의 압력, 약 100-500℉(약 38-260℃)의 온도, 약 0.5-5400의 액체의 시간당 공간속도의 조건에서 흡착제와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
