Claims (6)
- (a) 메틸클로로포름 기준으로 0.69 내지 0.80 부피%의 부틸렌 옥사이드, 0.35 내지 0.45부피%의 니트로메탄 및 3.0 내지 3.4부피%의 디에틸렌 에테르 안정화제로서 함유하는 메틸클로로포름 93 내지 96부피% ; 및 (b) 융제 제거용 조성물 총 부피 기준으로, 3 내지 5부피%의 2-부탄올과 1 내지 2부피%의 3-메틸-1-부틴-3-올과의 혼합물 4내지 7부피%로 조성되고, 클리블랜드 오픈 킵 방법으로 측정된 인화점을 갖지 않는 메틸클로로포름 융제 제거용 용매 조성물을 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 회로판 제조와 관련된 이온성 또는 유기 융제 잔류물 1종 이상이 존재하는 전자회로판을 액상 및/또는 증기상 용매 조성물과의 접촉에 의해 세정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-부탄올과 3-메틸-1-부틴-3-올이, 융제 제거용 조성물 총 부피 기준으로 각각 4부피% 및 2부피%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-부탄올과 3-메틸-1-부틴-3-올이, 융제 제거용 조성물 총 부피 기준으로 각각 5부피% 및 1부피%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- (a) 메틸클로로포름 기준으로 0.69 내지 0.80 부피%의 부틸렌 옥사이드, 0.35 내지 0.45부피%의 니트로메탄 및 3.0 내지 3.4부피%의 디에틸렌 에테르 안정화제로서 함유하는 메틸클로로포름 93 내지 96부피% ; 및 (b) 융제 제거용 조성물 총 부피 기준으로, 3 내지 5부피%의 2-부탄올과 1 내지 2부피%의 3-메틸-1-부틴-3-올과의 혼합물 4내지 7부피%로 조성되고, 클리블랜드 오픈 킵 방법으로 측정된 인화점을 갖지 않는 메틸클로로포름 융제 제거용 용매 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 2-부탄올과 3-메틸-1-부틴-3-올이, 융제 제거용 조성물 총 부피 기준으로 각각 4부피% 및 4부피%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 2-부탄올과 3-메틸-1-부틴-3-올이, 융제 제거용 조성물 총 부피 기준으로 각각 5부피% 및 1부피%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
