Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 모재보다 낮은 융점의 피복재로 피복된 피접합재를 겹치고, 상기 피접합재에 레이저빔을 조사하여 용접하는 레이저 용접 방법에 있어서, 상기 피접합재의 상호간에 소정의 공극을 형성하여, 상기 레이저빔의 조사에 의해 가스화한 상기 피복재의 가스의 배출로를 구성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복재는 용접열로 가스화하는 도료인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복재는 용접열로 가스화하는 기름인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피접합재간의 공극은 0.1㎜~0.5㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법.
