Claims (10)
- 소수성재료로 이루어진 물이 투과할 수 있는 친수화된 미세다공질막에 있어서, 전기한 막은 그 막을 관통하는 미세구멍을 보유하고, 전기한 막은 그 표면의 적어도 일부분이 약 20℃에서 고체이며 물에 거의 용해되지 않는 친수화제로 코우팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성재료의 친수화막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 미세다공질막의 공극율은 20 내지 90용량% 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성재료의 친수화막.
- 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기한 소수성재료는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리-4-메틸펜텐-1, 폴리불화비닐리덴, 폴리테트라 플루오르 에틸렌, 6불화에틸렌과 4불화에틸렌의 공중합체, 및 플루오르화 올레핀 단량체와 올레핀단량체의 공중합체 등으로 이루어진 군(群)에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성재료의 친수화막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 친수화제는 프로필렌글리콜 모노고급지방산 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성재료의 친수화막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전기한 프로필렌 글리콜 모노고급지방상 에스테르는 12 내지 22의 탄소원자를 보유하는 고급 지방산이 하나의 프로필렌글리콜과 에스테르 형성한 모노에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성재료의 친수화막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 고급지방산이 라우르산, 미리스트산, 팔미트산, 스테아린산, 및 베헨산 등으로 이루어진 군(群)에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성재료의 친수화막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전기한 프로필렌글리콜 모노고급지방산 에스테르는 프로필렌 글리콜 모노스테아레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성재료의 친수화막.
- 소수성다공질막의 친수화 방법에 있어서, 친수화제가 적어도 미세다공질막의 표면 일부분에 점착하도록 하기 위해 약 20℃에서 고체이며 물에 거의 용해하지 않는 전기한 친수화제의 용액내에 소수성 중합체 물질의 미세다공질막을 침지하는 단계와, 그 후에 전기한 용액에서 전기한 소수성중합체 물질의 미세다공질막을 꺼내어 친수화제를 위해 용매를 증발제거시키는 단계와, 그 다음 전기한 미세다공질막을 전기한 소수성중합체 물질이 열에 의해 수축하기 시작하는 열수축온도 이하의 온도이며 전기한 친수화제의 융점온도 보다 10℃ 낮은 온도 이상의 온도까지 전기한 미세다공질막을 가열하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성다공질 재료의 친수화 가공방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전기한 가열단계에서 가열은 전기한 친수화제의 융점 이상의 온도에서 행하여 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성다공질재료의 친수화 가공방법.
- 소수성 다공질막의 친수화방법에 있어서, 약 20℃에서 고체이고 전기한 친수화제의 용융물을 형성하기 위하여 거의 물에 용해하지 않는 친수화제를 용융하는 단계와, 그 후 전기한 친수화제의 용융물을 막표면의 적어도 일부분에 부착하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성다공질재료의 친수화 가공방법.
