Claims (2)
- 봉강라인에 반송되어오는 봉재에 대하여 압연전장예측회로에 의하여 예정된 스케일로스 계수에 기준하여 압연길이를 예측연산하고 이 연산치를 플라잉시어 절단지시회로에 지시하여 절단길이를 설정하는 동시에 이 플라잉시어절단지시회로의 절단지령에 따라 플라잉시어를 작동시켜서 상기 봉재를 소요길이로 절단하는 봉강라인에 있어서의 봉재이 절단제어방법에 있어서, 절단된 봉재로부터 실제의 압연전장을 계측하는 압연전장측정회로에서의 측정치를 스케일로스 계수 결정회로에 입력하여 상기 예측연산치와의 오차에 따른 스케일로스 계수의 수정치를 결정하고 이것을 상기 압연전장예측회로에 귀환 지시하여 절단오차를 보정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉강라인에 있어서의 봉재의 절단제어방법.
- 봉강라인에 반송되어오는 봉재에 대하여 압연전장예측회로에 의하여 예정된 스케일로스 계수에 기준하여 압연길이를 예측연산하고 이 연산치를 플라잉시어 절단지시회로에 지시하여 절단길이를 설정하는 동시에 이 플라잉시어 절단지시회로의 절단지령에 따라 플라잉시어를 작동시켜서 상기 봉재를 소요길이로 절단하는 봉강라인에 있어서의 봉재의 절단방법에 있어서, 절단된 봉재로부터 실제의 압연전장을 계측하는 압연전장측정회로에서의 측정치를 스케일로스계수 결정회로에 입력하여 상기 예측연산치와의 오차에 따른 스케일로스 계수의 수정치를 결정하고 이것을 상기 압연전장예측회로에 귀환지시하는 동시에 상기 절단된 봉재의 그각 실측치와 상기 플라잉시어 절단지시회로로부터의 지시길이의 오차를 계측하고 상기 플라잉시어에 있어서의 절단 타이밍의 수정량을 절단타이밍 조절회로에 의하여 연산하며 이것을 상기 플라잉시어 절단지시회로에 귀환지시하여 절단오차를 보정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉강라인에 있어서의 봉재의 절단제어방법.
