Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 제1중합체 성분과 상기 제1중합체와는 양립될 수 없는 제2중합체 성분의 혼합물로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 제 1중합체와 상기 제2중합체는 중공체내에서 실질적으로 2차원적으로 평행하게 겹쳐져있는 얇은 재료층들로 존재하고 있으며 상기 중공채내의 접합선들은 굴곡되어 상기 겹친 층들이 중공체의 벽을 지나는 임의의 반경구역내에 제공되는 적층상의 성형중공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1중합체 성분이 폴리올레핀인 중공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상용화제로서 알킬카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀이 포함되는 중공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파리슨 형태의 중공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기 주위의 벽의 두께가 상기 접합선 영역에서부터 상기 접합선에 인접한 영역까지 실질적으로 균일한 취입성형된 용기 형태의 중공체
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1중합체 성분이 상기 중공체 내에서 연속 매트릭스상으로 존재하고, 상기 제2중합체 성분이 상기 중공체내에서 불연속적으로 분포된 층들로 존재하는 중공체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중공체내에 상기 매트릭스상과 상기 불연속층들 사이에 알킬카르복실 - 치환 폴리올레핀이 있어서 상기 매트릭스상과 상기 불연속층들을 함께 접착하는 중공체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2중합체 성분이 축합 중합체인 중공체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 축합 중합체가 폴리아미드 또는 폴리에스테인 중공체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리 프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 및 이들 물질의 공중합체로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 중공체.
- 폴리올레핀 60-99.5wt.%, 상기폴리올레핀과 양립될 수 없는 축합 중합체 0.5-40wt.% 및 알킬카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀 0.1-10wt.%의 중량으로 된 혼합물로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 폴리올레핀은 연속 매트릭스상으로 존재하고, 상기 축합 중합체는, 실질적으로 2차원적으로 평행하게 겹쳐져 있는 얇은 층들이 불연속적으로 분포되어 존재하고, 중공체의 성형접합선들은 굴곡되어 상기 겹친층들이 중공체의 벽을 지나는 임의의 반경구역내에 제공되는 적층상의 성형중공체.
- (i)제1중합체 성분과 상기 제1중합체와는 양립될 수 없는 제2중합체 성분을 최고 융점 중합체 성분의 융점 이상의 온도로 가열하여 불균일한 용융상태의 혼합물로 만드는 단계와, (ii)상기 용융 혼합물이 그 두께를 지나는 굴곡된 접합선을 갖도록(a) 내부 표면에 유선형 요철이 있어서 상기 용융 혼합물의 표면 재료를 그 중심부 재료에 관련하여 변위시키도록 만들어진 다이를 통해 상기 용융혼합체를 압출시키고(b)압출된 상기 용융혼합체를 최저 융점 중합체 성분의 융점 이하의 온도로 냉각시키는 방법으로 성형하는 단계로 구성되는 중합체 재료로된 적층상의 성형 중공체의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1중합체 성분이 폴리올레핀인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 알킬카르복실-치환 폴리올레핀이 사용화제로서 첨가되어 있는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 상기 압출 용융혼합체가 단계(b)의 냉각작업을 실시하기전에 병모양으로 취입성형되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 취입성형된 상기 병이 접합선 영역에서 그에 인접한 영역까지 병벽의 두께가 실질적으로 균일하게 되어 있는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1중합체 성분이 연속 매트릭스 상으로서 상기 용융 혼합물내에 존재하고, 상기 제2중합체 성분이 불연속상으로 상기 용융 혼합물내에 존재하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제2중합체 성분이 축합중합체인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 축합 중합체가 폴리아미드 또는 폴리에스텔인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 이들 물질의 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
