Claims (7)
- 디메칠테레프탈레이트에 대하여 0.5 내지 10몰%의 디메칠이소프탈레이트를 함유하며 동시에 평균직경이 100mμ 이상 150mμ이하인 무기입자를 0.3중량% 이상 0.8중량%이하 함유하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지를 제1성분으로 하고, 폴리아마이드계 수지를 제2성분으로 하여 통상의 방사속도로 용융방사하여서 교호병렬형 단면을 가지는 미연신사를 제조한 다음, 상기 미연신사를 최대절단신도 이하의 연신배율로 연신하고 열처리하여 불완전 연신사를 제조하고, 상기 불완전 연신사로된 포지를 알카리 감량처리하는 2성분 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1성분의 단면적 점유율이 50%이상 75%가 되도록 하는 2성분 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사속도가 1000m/min-2,500m/min 인 2성분 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신온도가 80℃ 이상 97℃ 이하인 2성분 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신배율을 미연신사의 최대절단신도의 75%-85%로 하는 2성분 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알카리 감량처리는 포지상태에서 중량감소율이 20%이하가 되도록 하는 2성분 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알카리 감량처리를 하여서 형성되는 凹부가 연신부분에서는 폭 8-17x10-2μ, 길이 2-5μ, 미연신부분에서는 폭 0.5-1.5μ, 길이 1-3μ이 되도록 하는 2성분 복합사의 제조방법.
