본 고안은 기록 시트에 관한 것으로 예를 들면, 자기 기록 장치에 적용할 수 있는 것이다.
종래, 예를 들어 자기 기록 시트에 있어서 제1도에 도시하는 바와 같이 정보를 기록하는 부재로서의 둥근고리형 자기 시트 부재(1)이 중앙 구멍에 합성수지재로서 형성된 센터 코어 부재(2)를 고착한 것이 제안되어 있다.
이 센터 코어 부재(2)는 자기기록 장치 본체에 자기 기록시트를 장착하여 자기시트 부재(1)를 소정의 속도로 회전 주행시키는 것으로서 통형부(2A)의 외주면으로부터 방사 방향으로 플랜지부(2B)가 돌출 설치되며, 그 표면에 자기 시트부재(1)의 내주면을 접착제에 의해 접착하도록 되어 있다. 센터 코어부재(2)의 하면에는 원형홈(2C)이 설치되고, 이 원형홈(2C)내에 자성 재료로서 퍼어멀로이로 이루어진 고리형 요크(3)가 부착되어 있다. 요크(3)의 일부는 윗방향으로 절기되어 이 절기부(3A)가 센터 코어부재(2)에 뚫어 설치한 투공(2D)에 끼워붙여 위치 설정되는 것과 동시에 접착재에 의해 접착된다.
이 요크(3)는 자기 기록 시트의 장착시 자기 기록 장치 본체에 설치된 위치 설정용 자석(4)에 흡인됨으로서 자기 기록 시트를 확실하게 소정의 장착 위치에 위치 설정되도록 작용할 수 있다. 센터 코어부재(2)의 하단면의 소정 위치에는 아래 방향으로 돌출하는 돌기(5)가 형성되며, 자기 기록 장치 본체의 회전 구동축부에 형성된 길이 맞춤 구멍에 이 돌기(5)가 걸어맞춤과 동시에 센터 코어부재(2) 요크(3)의 자석(4)으로의 흡입력에 의해 달라붙음으로서 센터 코어부재(2)를 따라서 자기 시트부재(1)가 확실하게 또한 안정되게 회전 구동된다.
그런데 제1도의 종래의 정보 기록 시트의 경우 센터 코어부재(2)가 열팽창률이 큰 합성수지재로서 만들어져 있기 때문에 온도차가 큰 환경하에서는 제법 큰 변형이 생기고, 특히 자기 시트부재(1)를 부착하기 위한 플랜지부(2B)는 두께가 얇기 때문에 변형이 심하고 시트 부착면의 면흔들림 정도가 나빠지는 것을 피할 수 없다.
또, 센터 코어부재(2)에 요크(3)를 접착제로 접착하는 구성으로 되어 있기 때문에 사용하고 있는 접착제의 양이나 접착 방법에 의해서는 접착의 강도에 평균치에서 벗어남이 생기기 쉽고 따라서 요크를 부착하기 위한 시간을 필요로 하는 문제가 있다.
본 고안은 이상과 같은 점을 고려하여 이루어진 것으로 합성수지재의 센터 코어부재에 고리형 자성판을 고착함에 있어서 접착제를 사용하지 않고서 이루어지는 것과 동시에 플랜지부의 기록 시트부재 부착면의 면흔들림 정도를 종래의 경우에 비해 각별히 개선할 수 있는 정보 기록 시트를 제안하려고 하는 것이다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 고안에 있어서는 둥근 고리형의 자성판에 합성수지제로서 형성된 센터 코어 부재를 아웃서트 성형하므로서 일체화한다.
이하 도면에 대해서 본 고안의 일실시예를 상술한다. 제2도에서 11은 원토형 센터 코어부재로서, 하면의 소정 위치에는 자기 기록 장치의 회전 구동축부에 결합되는 돌기(12)가 형성되어 있다. 센터 코어부재(11)에는 횡방향으로 관통하도록 자기재료로서 퍼어멀로이로 형성된 둥근 고리형 자성판(13)이 고착되어 있다. 이 고리형 자성판(13)의 외주 모서리는 센터 코어부재(11)의 외주면 보다 방사상태로 외측 방향으로 돌출하도록 연장되며, 이리하여 자기 시트부재(14)를 부착하기 위한 플랜지(13A)를 형성하고 있다.
또 센터 코어부재(11)의 중앙부 하면에 형성된 개구(15)에 의해 둥근 고리형 자성판(13)을 하방향으로 노출시키도록 하고 이것에 의해 자기 기록 장치 본체측의 위치 설정용 자석(16)에 의해 확실하게 흡인되도록 형성되어 있다.
더구나 둥근 고리형 자성판(13)에는 상방향으로 입상하는 절기부(13B)가 형성되고 이것이 센터 코어부재(11)내에 매입되어서 센터 코어부재(11)와 견고하게 일체화될 수 있도록 형성되어 있다.
실제로 센터 코어부재(11)는 둥근 고리형 자성판(13)에 대해 합성수지재를 아웃서트 성형하므로서 일체로 성형된다.
제2도의 경우, 둥근고리형 자성판(13)에는 미리 관통구멍(13C)이 뚫어 설치되어 이 관통구멍(13C)을 통해 합성수지재가 주입 고화되므로서 센터 코어부재(11)에 둥근고리형 자성판(13)을 감입한 것과 동일한 구성이 만들어진다.
제2도의 구성에 의하면 둥근고리형 자성판(13)을 센터 코어부재(11)와 일체화함에 대하여 접착재를 필요로 하지 않고 합성수지재로 센터 코어부재(11)를 성형할때에 일거에 더구나 견고하게 일체로 할 수 있다.
따라서 종래의 구성과 비교하여 강도가 크고 제조시의 공정도 한층 간소화할 수 있다.
또, 자기 시트부재(4)를 부착하기 위한 플랜지(13A)를 둥근고리형 자성판(13)의 외주 모서리를 이용하여 구성하도록 하였으므로 얇은 두께라도 실제로는 변형이 거이 없는 센터 코어를 실현할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 고안에 의하면 종래의 경우에 비해 자기 시트부재를 안정되게 접착할 수 있는 플랜지를 가지며, 더구나 둥근고리형 자성재와 센터 코어부재를 견고하게 일체화할 수 있는 정보 기록 시트를 쉬운 작업으로 얻을 수 있으며, 따라서 종래의 구성이 가지는 기능을 충분히 실현할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 둥근고리형 자성판(13)의 주위 모서리부를 외측 방향으로 돌출 연장시키도록 합성수지재로 형성되는 원토형 센터 코어부재(11)를 둥근고리형 자성판(13)상에 아웃서트 성형에 의해 일체로 고착하고, 상기 둥근고리형 자성판(13)의 상기 돌출 연장부에 의해 자기 시트부재(14)를 부착하기 위한 플랜지(13A)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 시트.
