Description

탄성 편물
제 1a 도는 고무사루우프를 경편사루우프에 연속적으로 결속한 본 고안의 편성도. 1b도는 도면 1a도의 평면개략도.

제 3 도는 고무사에 루우프가 형성되지 아니하고 고무사가 경편사에 결속되지 아니한 종래의 탄성편물의 평면개략도.

본 고안은 고무사가 이완되지 않도록한 탄성 편물에 관한 것이다.
의류의 소매나 칼라, 밑단의 소재로 사용되는 탄성 편물은 편물을 사용하기도 하나, 첨사로서 고무사를 경편사와 함께 편성하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 알려져 있다.
고무사를 첨사로 사용한 통상의 탄성편물은, 편성방법에 따라서 탄성편 물을 단위길이로 절단하였을 때 절단부위의 고무사가 탄성 편물내부로 수축되어 신축성을 크게 상실하거나 필연적으로 직물의 허실에 따르게 된다.
본 고안은 이러한 점에 착안하여 안출된 것으로서 탄성 편물을 단위길이로 절단하였을 때 첨사인 고무사가 편성된 상태를 그대로 유지할 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있는바, 본 고안의 구조를 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
경편사와 결합편사로 편직되고 고무사가 첨사로 평성되는 탄성 편물에 있어서, 경편사(1)에 경편사(1)의 편성 구조와 반대방향으로 고무사(2)를 편성하되 고무사(2)의 루우프(2-1), (2-2)를 경편사(1)의 루우프(1-1), (1-2)에 연속적, 또는 간헐적으로 결속 또는 결속생략되도록 편성한 구조이다.
본 고안은, 기본적으로 제 1 도에 도시한 바와같이 고무사 루우프(2-1), (2-2)와 경편사 루우프(1-1), (1-2)를 결속생략이 없이 연속적으로 결속하여 탄성이 강하게 편성할 수 있으며, 용도에 따라 탄성의 강약 변화를 기하기 위해서 제 2 도와 같이 고무사 루우프(2-1), (2-2)와 경편사 루우프(1-1), (1-2)의 결속과 결속생략을 1 : 3, 또는 2 : 2의 비율로 변화시킬 수 있다.
본 고안은 제 3 도에 도시된 통상의 고무사 편성조직과 대조해 볼 때 고무사(2)가 루우프(2-1), (2-2)를 형성하여 편성되어 있으므로 탄성 편물을 절단하였을 때 고무사(2)만이 탄성 편물내부로 수축되는 현상이 거의 없어 신축성이 양호하고 한편으로는 탄성이 오래 지속될 수 있다.
첨사인 고무사(2)를 경편사(1)의 편성방향과 반대방향을 취하도록 편성한 것은 고무사(2)와 경편사(1)의 빛깔이 다를경우를 예상하여 고무사(2)가 경편사 조직에 함몰되어 외부에 적게 노출되도록 하는데 그 이유가 있다.
고무사(2)의 편성을 연속적으로 하면 강한 탄성을 부여할 수 있고, 편성조직 전체가 균일한 반면 이를 간헐적으로 하면 유연한 탄성을 유지할 수 있고 편성조직에 줄무늬가 나타나게 되는바, 이러한 특성은 수요자의 기호에 따라 선택될 수 있다.
본 고안은, 이러한 고무사 편성방법의 특징으로 인하여 탄성 편물의 신축성을 크게 보강하고 오래 지속하며 고무사가 부분적으로 끊어져도 탄성의 감소를 극소화 할 수 있는 우수성을 지닌다.

  1. 경편사와 결합 편사로 편직되고 고무사가 첨사로 편성 되는 탄성 편물에 있어서 경편사(1)에 경편사(1)의 편성 구조와 반대방향으로 고무사(2)를 편성하되 고무사(2)의 루우프(2-1), (2-2)를 경편사(1)의 루우프(1-1), (1-2)에 연속적, 또는 간헐적으로 편성함을 특징으로 하는 탄성 편물.
