Claims (15)
- 소성 무수물상태에서 다음의 실험식으로 표현되고:pHGaO2· qTiO2·SiO2(여기서는 0보다 크고 0.050과 같거나 이보다 작은 값이며,는 0보다 크고 0.025와 같거나 이보다 작은 값이며, 또한 HGaO2의 H+는 양이온으로 대체할 수 있다) ; 또한 분말 X-선회절 스펙트럼에서 다음과 같은 값을 나타내고:(여기서는 Å로 표시한 내부평면 거리이고 Irel는 상대강도로서 ; 여기서 vs는 매우 강함; s는 강함; m 는 중간 , mw는 중간-약함 및 w는 약함을 의미한다); 또한 I.R. 스펙트럼에서 최소한 아래의 결합띠를 보여주는 것을 특징으로 하는:Wn Irel1220-1230 w1080-1110 s965-985 mw795-805 mw550-560 m450-470 s
- 수성환경과 최소한 실온 내지 200℃의 온도에서 실리콘 유도체, 티탄 유도체, 갈륨 유도체 또한 질소계 유리 염기가 하나나 그 이상의 알칼리-, 또는 알칼리-토금속염 및/또는 수산화물의 존재하에서, 또한 반응물의 SiO2/Ga2O3몰비율이 100이상이고, 반응물의 SiO2/TiO2몰비율이 5이상이고 또한 반응물의 M/SiO2몰비율(여기서 M는 알칼리-및/또는 알칼리-토금속양이온)이 0.1 보다 작거나 또는 0과 동일한 조건으로 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 합성 결정형 다공성 물질의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응물의 H2O/SiO2비가 10 내지 100의 범위인 것으로 된 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응물의 SiO2/Ga2O3몰비가 150 내지 600의 범위이고, 반응물의 SiO2/TiO2몰비가 15 내지 25의 범위이며, 반응물의 H2O/SiO2몰비가 30 내지 50의 범위이고, 반응물의 M/SiO2몰비가 0과 동일한 것으로 된 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 유도체를 실리카겔, 실리카졸 및 알킬-실리케이트중에서 선택하고, 티탄 유도체는 티탄 염과 유기티탄 유도체중에서 선택하고, 칼륨 유도체는 염에서 선택하는 것으로 방법.
- 제5항에 있어어, 알킬-실리게이트가 테트라에틸-실리케이트인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 티탄염이 할로겐화물인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기티탄 유도체가 알킬-티탄산염인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 알킬-티탄산염이 테트라에틸-티탄산염인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 갈륨염을 할로겐화물, 질산염 및 수산화물중에서 선택하는 것으로 된 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 질소계 염기가 수산화 알킬-암모늄인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수산화 알킬-암모늄이 수산화 테트라프로필-암모늄인(TPA+)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응물을 100 내지 200℃의 온도와 또한 pH 9 내지 14에서, 1시간 내지 5일동안 조작하여 반응시키는 것으로 된 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 반응물의 TPA+/SiO2몰비가 0.1 내지 1인 것으로 된 방법.
- 제4, 6, 9, 12 또는 14항중 어느한항에 있어서, 반응물질의 TPA+/SiO2몰비가 0.2 내지 0.4인 것으로 된 방법.
