Claims (10)
- 차량의 전기적 제어형 제동장치에 있어서, 차량브레이크에 대한 운전자제동요구를 발생하기 위한 수단, 다이나믹한 차량부하에 따른 전기적인 신호를 발생하는 수단, 차량부하측정치에 따라 차량의 각 차축에 대한 차량 요구신호가 수정될 수 있도록하는 수단, 차량속도, 제동레벨 및 차량작동경사도의 사전에 결정된 상태를 감지하기 위한 수단, 차량감속에 비례하는 신호를 발생하기 위한 수단, 운전자제동요구신호와 측정된 실제의 감속도를 비교하므로서 감속도에러신호를 발생하기 위한 수단과, 상기 감속도에러신호로부터 적응계수를 발생하고 이를 차량속도, 제동레벨 및 작동경사도의 상기 사전에 결정된 상태하에서, 그리고 다수회의 차량정지시에 브레이크의 장기열화를 보상하고 예상된 제동성능을 회복시키기 위하여 제동요구신호를 보정토록 이용하기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전기적 제어형제동장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 다수회의 정지시에 상기 감속도에러를 가산하기 위한 수단, 주어진 차량의 정지작동중에 상기 적응계수에 대한 보정을 억제하기 위한 수단과, 다수회의 차량정지시에 상기 사전에 결정된 상태하에 형성된 상기 에러가 제로가 될 때까지 매 정지이후 보정의 소규모 증분이 이루어지도록 선행에러의 합을 이용하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 차량이 작동되는 경사도를 감지하기 위한 수단과, 현재의 작동경사도에 따른 요구오프셋트를 도입하므로서 운전자의 제동요구신호를 보상하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 경사도보정이 차량의 저속에서 이루어지나 매우 낮은 제동요구에서의 보상을 억제하는 수단이 포함되는 사전에 결정된 하한선 이상의 속도에서 얻어지는 데이타에 기초를 둠을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 경사도보정이 요구오프셋트를 제공토록 허용되고, 크기가 실제운전자요구를 능가하는 것으로부터 상기 보정을 억제하며 매우낮은 요구에서는 이를 제로로 감소시키기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 장치에 의하여 출력된 차량브레이크 성능지수를 형성토록 다수회의 차량정지시에 서서히 생성된 적응계수를 이용하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 사전에 결정된 레벨이 능가되는 경우에 브레이크장애를 나타내는 경보신호를 발생토록 상기 사전에 결정될 레벨에 대하여 적응계수를 모니터하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 차랑의 전기적 제어형 제동장치에 있어서, 브레이크패달 변환기, 상기 브레이크패달변환기로부터의 운전자요구신호에 의하여 제어되도록 적응된 다수의 압력제어채널, 차량의 차축부하를 나타내는 다이나믹한 부하신호를 제공하는 제1감지수단, 차량감속도를 나타내는 신호를 형성하는 제2감지기수단, 차량이 작동하는 경사도를 나타내는 신호(G)를 형성하는 제3감지기수단, 제동요구와 측정된 차량감속도사이의 차이를 나타내는 에러신호를 형성하는 수단, 상기 제1감지기수단으로부터의 차축부하측정치에 따라 운전자요구신호를 수정하기 위한 수단과, 상기 감속도에러로부터, 다수회의 차량정지시에 점진적으로, 그리고 차량속도, 제동레벨과 작동경사도의 어떠한 상태하에서 예상된 제동성능을 회복토록 제동요구를 보정하기 위한 장주기적응 상수를 형성하는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전기적제어형 제동장치.
- 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 작동경사도를 나타내는 상기 신호(G)에 따라 요구오프셋트의 도입으로서 상기 제동요구신호가 수정되는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 상기 제3감지기수단이 상기 제2감지기수단으로부터의 신호와 차륜속도의 변화율을 측정하여 얻은 해당지수를 비교하므로서 등가의 감속도로서 상기 작동경사도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
