Claims (5)
- 거의 수직인 축(22)에 대하여 회전하며 직경이 500㎜이상인 스피너(10), 상기 스피너를 회전 구공시키는 장치, 용융물질의 스트림(24)을 세장화 가능(attenuable) 상태로 스피너내에 도입시키며 이들을 상기 스피너의 주연벽의 내부면상에 도입시키는 장치, 용융물질을 필라멘트(41) 형태로 통과시키는, 주연벽에 존재하는 다수의 오리피스(40), 및 상기 필라멘트(41)을 섬유로 세장화시키는 장치(여기에서, 상기 장치들은 재료의 필라멘트를 필라멘트가 세장화되기에 충분한 시간동안 세장화시키는 조건에서 유지시키기에 충분한 고온에서 존재하는 환상 블라스트를 상기 주연벽의 외부에 인접하여 하향으로 방출시키는 내부 연소 버너를 포함한다)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 물질로부터 섬유를 제조하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스피너(10)의 직경이 550 내지 1500㎜인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스피너(10)의 직경이 600 내지 1000㎜인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 연소버너가 버너의 출구에서의 압력이 100 내지 900㎜수주(Water column)인 가스 블라스트를 발생시키는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 버너압력이 200 내지 600㎜수주 범위내에 있는 장치.
