Claims (4)
- 다음 일반식(III)의 알킬 4-하이드록시-2-메틸-2H-1,2-벤조티아진-3-카복실레이트-1,1-디옥사이드를 다음 일반식(IV)의 마그네슘 유도체와 반응에 불활성인 용매 존재하에 0 내지 130℃에서 반응시키고 생성된 중간체를 산 매체내에서 가수분해하여 얻어진 생성물을 재결정하여 다음 일반식(I)의 4-하이드록시-2-메틸-2H-1,2-벤조티아진-3-카복스아마이드-1,1-디옥사이드의 제조하는 방법.R-NH-Mg-X (IV)상기식에서, R1은 C1-C6의 알킬이고, X는 할로겐이고, R은 페닐 할로겐(Cl, Br 또는 I) 또는 C1-C6의 알킬그룹으로 치환된 아릴; 비치환되거나 할로겐(C1, Br 또는 I) 또는 C1-C6의 알킬 그룹으로 치환된 2,3 또는 4 피리딜; 또는 5-메틸-이속사졸릴 또는 티아졸릴이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(V)의 에틸 4-하이드록시-2-메틸-2H-1,2-벤조티아진-3-카복실레이트-1,1-디옥사이드를 일반식(VI)의 2-아미노-피리딜-마그네슘 브로마이드와 반응시켜 4-하이드록시-2-메틸-N-(2-피리딜)-2H-1,2-벤조티아진-3-카복스아마이드-1,1-디옥사이드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불활성 용매가 키실렌-테르라하이드로푸란의 혼합물로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, N염산을 사용하여 가수분해를 행하는 방법.
