Claims (9)
- 유전체자기와, 자기에 접촉하고 있는 적어도 2개의 전극으로 이루어지는 자기콘덴서에 있어서, 자기가, 100중량부의 기본성분과 0.2∼10.0 중량부의 첨가성분으로 이루어지고 있으며, 기본성분이(SrO)k·(Zr1-xTix) O2(단, k 및 x는, 0.8K1.3, 0X0.25의 범위의 수치)이며, 첨가성분이, Li2O와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는 BaO, MgO, ZnO, SrO 및 CaO 중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)와의 조성을 보여주는 3각도에 있어서, Li2O가 영몰%, SiO2가 65몰%, MO가 35몰%인 점(A)와, Li2O가 영몰%, SiO2가 60몰%, MO가 40몰%인 점(B)와, Li2O가 5%, SiO2가 50몰%, MO가 45몰%인 점(C)와, Li2O가 50몰%, SiO2가 50몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(D)와, Li2O가 25몰%, SiO2가 75몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(E)를 순차로 연결하는 5개의 직선으로 둘러싸여진 영역내인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극은 자기중에 파묻혀진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극은 비금속으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기콘덴서.
- 제3항에 있어서, 비금속은 닉켈임을 특징으로 하는 자기콘덴서.
- 100 중량부의 기본성분과 0.2∼10.0 중량부의 첨가성분으로 이루어지고 있으며, 기본성분이, (SrO)k·(Zr1-xTix) O2(단, k 및 x는, 0.8K1.3, 0X0.25의 범위의 수치)이며, 첨가성분이, Li2O와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는 BaO, MgO, ZnO, SrO 및 CaO 중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)와의 조성을 보여주는 3각도에 있어서, Li2O가 영몰%, SiO2가 65몰%, MO가 35몰%인 점(A)와, Li2O가 영몰%, SiO2가 60몰%, MO가 40몰%인 점(B)와, Li2O가 5%, SiO2가 50몰%, MO가 45몰%인 점(C)와, Li2O가 50몰%, SiO2가 50몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(D)와, Li2O가 25몰%, SiO2가 75몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(E)를 순차로 연결하는 5개의 직선으로 둘러싸여진 영역내인 것임을 특징으로 하는 기본성분과 첨가성분과의 혼합물을 준비하는 공정과, 적어도 두개의 전극부분을 갖는 혼합물의 성형물을 조성하는 공정과, 전극부분을 갖는 성형물을 비산화성 분위기로 소성하는 공정과, 소성으로 얻어진 성형물을 산화성 분위기로 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전극부분은, 비금속을 포함하는 도전성 페이스트를 성형물로 도포함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비금속은, 닉켈인 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 소성은, 1,000℃-1,200℃의 온도에서 전극부분을 갖는 성형물을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열처리는, 500℃-1,000℃의 온도로, 소성으로 얻어진 성형물을 가열하는 것인 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
