Description
Claims (4)
- 에틸벤젠류를 탈수소하여 얻어진 스틸렌류 혼합물을 증류하고, 스틸렌류와 에틸벤젠류를 분리함에 있어, 감압계에 의하여 운전되는 충전탑 형식의 증류탑의 중간부에 상기 스틸렌류 혼합물을 도입하고, 상기 증류탑의 탑정으로부터 에틸벤젠류를 주제로 하는 저비점 성분 증기를 발출함과 동시에 탑저로부터는 스틸렌류를 주제로하는 고비점 성분액을 발출하고, 상기 저비점 성분 증기의 일부 또는 전부를 압축기에 유도하여 단열 압축함으로써 승온시킨 후 , 증류탑의 리보일러에 유도하고, 일부 또는 전부를 응축시킴으로써 상기 리보일러의 가열원으로서 사용하고, 이어서 응축한 저비점 성분 도는 이와 미용측 증기의 일부를 증류탑 순환라인에 되돌리고, 잔여는 증류계로부터 배출시킴을 특징으로 하는 스텐렌류의 증류방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 리보일어에서 응축한 저비점 성분을 압축기에 도입하는 저비점 성분 증기를 예열하는 예열기의 열원으로서 사용하는 스틸렌류의 증류방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 조업의 포인트가 되는 위치의 종류탑내 온도가 설정온도로 되도록 저비점 성분의 발취량 및/또는 리보일러에의 전열량을 카스케이드 제어함에 있어, 상기 증류탑에 공급되는 스틸렌류 혼합물의 조성분석을 연속적으로 행하고, 이 조성 분석결과와 증류탑내 온도를 피디 포워드 제어 연산시키고, 그 출력신호에 의하여 리보일러내의 압력을 자동적으로 조절하는 스틸렌류의 증류방법.
- 제1항에 있어 증류탑에는 외부 열원이 도입되는 보조 리보일러를 형성하고, 증류탑내에 미리 증류원료 또는 저비점 성분을 장입하고 이를 상기 보조 리보일러에 의하여 가열함으로써 전환류 상태에서 종류를 개시하고, 종류가 안정할때까지의 동안 가열된 증류탑의 탑저액을 압축기에 도입되는 저비점 성분 증기의 예열기의 열원으로서 사용하는 스틸렌류의 증류방법.
