Claims (8)
- a) 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 고체 다작용성 에폭시 수지 하나이상[여기에서, 에폭시 수지의 분자당 평균 에폭사이드 작용가는 2이상이고, 에폭시 수지는 고체이다] 및 b) 수지용 고체 경화제를 포함하는 분말 피복 조성물.상기식에서, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 일반식[여기서, R'는 R에서 정의한 바와 같고; B는 하기에서 정의하는 바와 같으며; m은 평균값이 0 내지 20이하이다]의 그룹이고; B는 각각 독립적으로, 지방족 알킬렌 라디칼, 일반식[여기서, A는 각각 독립적으로, 탄소수 1 내지 8의 2가 탄화수소 그룹 -CO-, -O-, -S-, -S-S-, -S(O)2-, -S(O)- 또는 공유결합이고; X는 독립적으로, 수소, 할로겐 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이며; k는 1 내지 4의 양수이다]의 라디칼 또는 수평균 분자량이 100 내지 4000인 폴리글리콜 라디칼이며; 단, 라디칼 B의 적어도 일부는 일반식(Ⅶ)의 라디칼이고; p는 평균값이 0 이상 20이하이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시수지가, 라디칼 B내의 A가 각각 2-프로필리덴 라디칼이고 X가 각 경우에 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 다작용성 폴리글리시딜 에테르이고, 에폭시 수지의 분자당 평균 에폭사이드 작용가가 2.3 내지 3.5인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 다작용성 에폭시수지가, 알칼리 화합물, 바람직하게는 리튬 또는 세슘 화합물의 존재하에서 측쇄화된 수지인 조성물.
- 제1항에 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지용 고체 경화제가, 분자당 평균 한개 이상의 페놀성 -OH 그룹을 함유하는 과량의 페놀성 화합물 A)와 분자당 평균 한개 이상의 1,2-에폭시 그룹을 함유하는 에폭시 화합물 B)와의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지용 고체 경화제가 평균 한개 이상의 페놀성 -OH 그룹을 함유하는 페놀성 화합물 A), 평균 한개 이상의 1,2-에폭시 그룹을 함유하는 에폭시 화합물 B) 및 한개 이상의 1급 또는 2급 아미노 그룹 및 한개 이상의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 화합물 C)와의 반응 생성물(여기서, 반응 생성물은 말단 지방족 -OH 그룹 및 페놀성 -OH 그룹을 갖는다)인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고체 경화제가 화합물 C)의 아미노 수소와 반응시키는데 필요한 화학양론적 양보다 과량의 에폭시 화합물 B) 각각의 당량에 대하여 1.2당량 이상의 페놀성 화합물 A)를 사용하여, 적어도 하나의 1급 또는 2급 아미노 그룹 및 적어도 하나의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 0.03 내지 0.8당량의 화합물 C)를 각 당량의 에폭시 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 제조된 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고체 경화제가 A) 비스 페놀 A 90 내지 35중량 퍼센트, B) 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 10 내지 55중량퍼센트, 및 C) 한개이상의 1급 또는 2급 아미노 그룹 및 한개 이상의 지방족 하이드록실 그룹, 바람직하게는 디에탄올 아민을 함유하는 화합물 1 내지 10중량 퍼센트와의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
