Description
Claims (10)
- 가스통로(1)중에 실치된 가스이터(2)의 통과가스량에 따라서 신호를 발생하는 유량측정수만(3)과, 상기 유량측정수단으로부터 반송되는 유량신호로 가스의 사용상태를 검출하는 사용상태검출부(6), 가스적정사용조건을 미리 초기치로서 설정하는 초기조건설정부(7), 상기 사용상태검출부의 신호가 상기 가스적정사용조건을 이탈하면 이상이라고 판만하여 차단신호를 출력하는 적정사용조건잔정부(8), 소정시간을 카운트하는타이머(9), 상기 타이머를 기동하는 기동신호인가수만(10), 상기 유량측정수만으로부터 반송되는 유량신호로 상기 타이머작동중의 가스사용상태를 기억하는 사용상태기억부(11), 상기 사용상태기억부의 내용에 따라지 싱기 가스석 사용조건을 변경히는 가스적정사용조건변경부(12)로 이루어진 제어부(5)와, 상기 제어부로부더의 차단신호에 따리서 가스통로를 차단하는 차단수단(4)을 구비한 가스차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용상태검출부(6)는 단위시간내에 흐르는 가스의 합계유량을 검출하고, 초기조건설정부(7)에는 가스합계유량의 초기치가 설정되고, 사용상태기억부(11)에서는 만위시간다다의 합졔유량이기억되어 가는 가스차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용상태검출부(6)는 단위시간당의 가스유량의 소징치이상의 변화에서 사용되고 있는 가스기구의 연소량을 검출하고, 초기조건설정부(7)에는 개별가스기구의 최대연소량이 설청되고, 사용상태기억부(11)에서는 타이머작동중의 단위시간당의 가스유량의 소정치이상의 변화에서 사용되고 있는 가스기구의 연소량이 기억되어 가는 가스차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용상태검출부(6)는 유량측청수단으로부터의 신호가 미러 복수로 분할하여 얻은가스유량구분의 어느것에 속하는지를 판정하는 구분잔정부(18) 및 상기 구분콴정부에 대응한 가스유량의 계속사용시간을 계측하는 계속사용시간계측부(19)로 이루어지고, 초기조건설정부(7)에는 상기 각 가스유량구분에 대응해서 미리 계속해서 사용가능한 허용시간이 초기치로서 설징되고, 사용상태기억부(11)에서는 타이머 작동중의 각 가스유량구분다다의 계속사용시간이 기억되어 가는 가스차단장치
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용상태기억부(11)는 각 가스유량구분의 각 계슥사용시간을 병행해서 기억하는 가스차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정시간을 카운트하는 타이머(9)는 기동신호인가수단(10)으로부터의 기동신호가있은후, 유량측정수단(3)으로부터 소정치이상의 유량신호가 입력되었을매에 카운트를 개시하는 가쇠차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스차단수만(4)이 작동하여 가스통로를 닫은 후, 상기 차단수만을 개방조작해서복귀하었을때의 상태를 검출하여 제어부에 신호를 보내는 차단수단복귀신호검출부(22)를 구비하고, 타이머카운트중에 가스차단수단이 폐지동작하였을매에는 타이머가 카운트를 정산하야 사용상태기억수단의 작동을정지하는 동시에 상기 차단수단복귀신호검출부로부터의 신호를 타이머의 기동신호로 하는 가스차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스적정사용조건번경부(12)에 의해서 조건이 재설정된 후, 차단수단이 작동하였을때의 이상상태의 발생수를 판정조건별로 기억하는 카운트수만(25)과. 상기 카운트수단에 의한 동일 판청조건의 카운트수가 소정회수에 말했을매, 상기 판정조건에 따라서 초기조건을 재설정하는 동시에 타이머를 기동하는 재학습기동수만(26)을 구비한 가스차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어부(5)는 가스사용상태에 대한 가스적정 사용조건변경부(12)에서 변경왼 조건의 여유율을 검출하는 여유물검출부(27)를 구비하고, 상기 여유율 검출부에 있어서의 검출신호가 소징의 범위를 이탈하였을매, 판정조건에 따라서 사용패턴을 판측하도록 타이머를 기동하는 가스차단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어부는 적정사용조건번경수단에 의해서 설청원 사용조건을 초기조건으로 복귀시키는 초기조건재설정수만을 구비한 가스차단장치
