폴리에스테르-함유 섬유의 알칼리성 염색욕에서의 염색법 및 염색조제

Claims (32)

  1. 염색욕중에 아미노산, 아미노기중의 최소한 하나의 수소원자가 유기기로 대체된 아미노산유도체 및 이러한 아미노산 또는 아미노산 유도체의 알칼리금속 염으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 아미노산 구성원의 존재하 수성 매질에서 알칼리 조건하에서 염색하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분산 염료를 사용하는 폴리에스테르-함유 섬유의 염색법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노산 구성원이 아미노기 중의 최소한 하나의 수소가 유기기로 대체된 아미노산 유도체 및/또는 그의 알칼리 금속 염인 염색법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르-함유 섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유 및 셀룰로오스 섬유 또는 질소-함유 섬유의 섬유 혼합물이고, 상기 아미노산 구성원이 아미노기중의 모든 수소원자가 유기기로 대체된 아미노산 유도체 및/또는 그의 알칼리 금속염이고, 분산 염료를 반응성 염료와 조합하여 사용하는 염색법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 염색욕의 pH가 8 내지 11인 염색법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, pH조절제로서 수산화나트륨을 사용하여 염색욕을 알칼리성으로 만드는 염색법
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 염색온도가 120 내지 140℃인 염색법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 분산 염료가 모노아조 염료 또는 디스아조 염료인 염색법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노산 구성원이 염색욕중에 0.02 내지 0.8g/ℓ의 양으로 존재하는 염색법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 및 아미노산 유도체의 아미노산 분획이 중성 아미노산인 염색법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 및 아미노산유도체의 아미노산 분획이 글리신, 알라닌 또는 글루탐산인 염색법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 및 아미노산 유도체의 아미노산 분획이 글리신 또는 글루탐산인 염색법.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 아미노산 유도체의 아미노산 분획이 글리신 또는 알라닌인 염색법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 및 아미노산 유도체의 아미노산 분획이 글리신인 염색법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 유기기가 C1~4알킬, C1~4히드록시알킬 또는 C1~4알콕시 C1~4알킬인 염색법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 유기기가 C1~4알킬 또는 C1~4히드록시알킬인 염색법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 유기기가 메틸 또는 히드록시에딜인 염색법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 유기기가 히드록시에틸인 염색법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 유도체가 N,N-비스히드록시에틸글리신인 염색법.
  19. 물, 아미노산, 아미노기중의 최소한 하나의 수소원자가 유기기로 대체된 아미노산 유도체 및 이러한 아미노산 또는 아미노산 유도체의 알칼리금속염으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 아미노산 구성원을 염색조제의 총량에 대해 2 내지 50중량% 및 알칼리금속 화합물을 염색조제의 총량에 대해 0.5 내지 10중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르-함유 섬유 염색용 염색조제.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 화합물이 수산화나트륨인 염색조제.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 아미노산 구성원이 아미노기중의 최소한 하나의 수소원자가 유기기로 대체된 아미노산 유도체 및/또는 그의 알칼리 금속염인 염색조제.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 아미노산구성원이 아미노기중의 모든 수소원자가 유기기로 대체된 아미노산유도체 및/또는 그의 알칼리금속 염인 염색조제.
  23. 제19항에 있어서, 아미노산 및 아미노산 유도체의 아미노산 분획이 중성 아미노산인 염색조제.
  24. 제19항에 있어서, 아미노산 및 아미노산 유도체중의 아미노산 분획이 글리신, 알라닌 또는 글루탐산인 염색조제.
  25. 제19항에 있어서, 아미노산 및 아미노산 유도체의 아미노산 분획이 글리신인 염색조제.
  26. 제19항에 있어서, 유기기가 C1~4알킬, C1~4히드록시알킬 또는 C1~4알콕시 C1~4알킬인 염색조제.
  27. 제19항에 있어서, 유기기가 C1~4알킬 또는 C1~4히드록시알킬인 염색조제.
  28. 제19항에 있어서, 유기기가 메틸 또는 히드록시에틸인 염색조제.
  29. 제19항에 있어서, 유기기가 히드록시에틸인 염색조제.
  30. 제19항에 있어서, 아미노산 유도체가 N,N-비스히드록시에틸글리신인 염색조제.
  31. 제19항에 있어서, 수성매질에서 알칼리 조건하 흡진법에 의해 분산염료를 사용하여 폴리에스테르-함유 섬유를 염색하기 위한 염색조제인 염색조제.
  32. 제22항에 있어서, 수성매질에서 알칼리 조건하 흡진염색법에 의해 분산염료 및 반응성염료를 사용하여 폴리에스테르섬유 및 셀룰로오스 섬유 또는 질소-함유 섬유의 섬유 혼합물을 염색하기 위한 염색조제인 염색조제.
