- 지방, 당질, 단백질, 비타민 및 무기질을 유화제 및 미립자화 칼슘염의 존재하에 혼합함을 특징으로하여, 열량배분이 지방 약 45 내지 60%, 당질 0 내지 30% 및 단백질 8 내지 25%인 고지방 저당질 영양제형을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제형의 열량배분이 지방 약 55%, 당질 약 28% 및 단백질 약 17%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘염이 미립자화 제3인산 칼슘인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 미립자와 제3인산칼슘의 중앙입자크기가 약 0.5 내지 약 1.5μm인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방과 유화제의 비가 지방 약 1.0부 : 유화제 약 0.05 내지 1.0부인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 지방과 유화제의 비가 1.0 : 0.331인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지방이 옥수수유로 이루어지고, 당질이 자당 및 옥수수 시럽으로 이루어지며, 단백질이 나트륨 칼슘 카제이네이트 및 나트륨 카제이네이트로 이루어지는 방법.
