Claims (12)
- (A) 1종의 이상의 하기식(1)〔식중, R은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬기, 비닐기 및 페닐기로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되며, 비닐기의 농도는 0.005몰% 이상이고, a는 1.98 내지 2.01의 수이며, 폴리실록산의 60%이상이 비닐기이고, R기의 80%이상이 메틸기임〕로 표시되는 실질적으로 선형의 폴리실록산 100중량부, (B)알킬 퍼옥사이드 경화 촉매 0.1 내지 10부와 (C)실라놀기로 말단이 정지되고, 약 2중량% 이상의 실라놀 함량을 갖는 하기 식(Ⅰ)〔식중, R1은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬기 및 페닐기로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되고, x는 3 내지 12의 평균값을 갖고 , y는 0 내지 6의 평균값을 가지며, x+y는 12이하이고, x는 y와 같거나 y보다 큰 수임〕의 디오르가노실록산 텔로머를 포함하는 자기 침출 첨가제 침출량으로 이루어진 열경화성 오르가노실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, y가 0인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1이 메틸이 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서 x가 3 내지 6인 조성물.
- 제1항에 의한 조성물의 경화된 제춤.
- (A)1종 이상의 하기 식(1)〔식중, R은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬기, 비닐기 및 페닐기로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되며, 비닐기의 농도는 0.005몰% 이상이고, a는 1.98 내지 2.01의 수이며, 폴리실록산의 60%이상이 비닐기이고, R기의 80%이상이 메틸기임〕로 표시되는 실질적으로 선형의 폴리실록산 100중량부, (B)알킬 퍼옥사이드 경화 촉매 0.1 내지 10부와 (C)(Ⅰ)실라놀기로 말단이 정지되고, 약 2중량% 이상의 실라놀 함량을 갖는 하기 식(Ⅰ)〔식중, R1은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬기 및 페닐기로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되고, x는 3 내지 12의 평균값을 갖고, y는 0 내지 6의 평균값을 가지며, x+y는 12이하이고, x는 y보다 y와 같은 수임〕의 디오르가노실록산 텔로머 5 내지 10부와 (Ⅱ)실라놀기로 말단이 정지된 상기 식(Ⅰ)의 텔로머 0.5부 이상의 소량과 하기 식(Ⅱ)〔식중, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 및 수소로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되고,는 페닐이며, m는 3n이하의 합은 텔로머 (Ⅱ)의 25℃에서의 점도가 30 내지 100이 되게 하는 값을 가짐〕의 디오르가노실록산 텔로머 6 내지 10부의 혼합물로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 자기 침출 첨가제 침출량으로 이루어진 열경화성 오르가노실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, y가 0인 조성물.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, R1이 메틸인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, x가 3 내지 6의 수인 조성물.
- 제6항에 의한 조성물의 경화된 제품.
- (1) 1종의 이상의 하기 식(1)〔식중, R은 각각 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬기, 비닐기 및 페닐기로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되고, 비닐기의 농도는 0.005몰% 이상이며, a는 1.98 내지 2.01의 수이고, 폴리실록산의 60%이상이 비닐기로 구성되며, R기의 80몰%이상이 메틸기임〕로 표시되는 실질적으로 선형의 폴리실록산 100중량부, (B)알킬 퍼옥사이드 경화 촉매 0.1 내지 10부 및 (C) 약 1부 이상의 실라놀기로 말단이 정지되고 약 2중량% 이상의 실라놀 함량을 갖는 하기 식(Ⅰ)〔식중, R1은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬기 및 페닐기로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되고, x는 3 내지 12 의 평균값을 가지며, y는 0 내지 6의 평균값을 가지며, x+y는 12이하이고, x는 y보다 크거나 y와 같은수임〕의 디오르가노실록산 텔로머 소량과, 하기 식(Ⅱ)〔식중, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 및 수소로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되고,는 페닐이며, m는 3n이하의 평균값을 갖고, n은 1이상의 평균값을 가지며, m+n은 합은 텔로머 (Ⅱ)의 25℃에서의 점도가 30 내지 100이 되게 하는 값을 가짐〕의 디오르가노실록산 텔로머 6 내지 10부로 구성된 자기 침출 첨가제 침출량으로 이루어진 열경화성 오르가노실리콘 고무 조성물.
