Claims (15)
- 가소제와 함께 혼합된 첫 번째와 두 번째 폴리비닐 부티랄 성분을 포함하고, 최소량 존재하는 전술한 성분들중의 하나는 화학적으로 결합된 이온성기를 포함하는 것을(폴리비닐 부티랄 중량을 기초로 하여)특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리브랜드의 점도는(20℃, 메탄올에서 7.5%) 약 100-180cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성기를 포함하고 있는 폴리비닐 부티랄 성분은 분자량이 약 15,000-약 35,000를 가지는 폴리비닐 알콜로 부터 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 최대량으로 존재하고 있는 폴리비닐 부티랄 성분은 분자량 약 35,000-약 110,000을 가지는 폴리비닐 알콜로 부터 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 가소제로써 혼합된 첫번째와 두번째 폴리비닐 부티랄 성분을 포함하고, 상술한 성분들중의 하나는 비닐알콜 중량비로 계산했을 때 약 15-약 30%의 하이드록실 성분을 가지며, 최소량 존재하는(폴리비닐 부티랄 중량을 기초로 하여) 상술한 성분들중의 하나는 인접한 선구물질 비닐 알콜기의 산소원자들에 화학적으로 결합된 이온성기들을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이온성기들은 하나의 알데히드기와 두 개의 수산기들 사이의 반응을 통하여 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이온성기를 약 15몰% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이온성기를 포함하고 있는 폴리비닐 부티랄 성분은 분자량이 약 15,000-약 35,000인 폴리비닐 알콜로 부터 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 가소제로서 혼합된 첫 번째와 두 번째 폴리비닐 부티랄 성분을 포함하고, 최소량으로 존재하는(폴리비닐 부티랄의 중량을 기초로하여)전술한 성분들중의 하나는 화학적으로 결합된 구조식 R-XYZ-M의 이온성기를 포함하며, 여기에서 R은 방향족·지방족이거나 헤테로시클릭 알데히드, 산, 산 콜로라이드 또는 이소시아네이트 이며 R이 지방족일 때 이는(CH2)n 구조를 가지며(여기에서, n은 1-200사이의 정수) X와 Y는 동일하거나 다를수 있으며, R의 방향족과 헤테로시클릭형의 치환체이며, 또 H 또는 C1-C5알킬이고, Z는 SO3 -COO-또는 PO4 -3이고 M은 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속과 아연, 구리, 망간으로 부터 선택된 전이금속들로 부터의 양이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이온성기를 약 2- 약 5몰% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제9항에 있어서 R은 방향족 알데히드이고 Z는 SO3 -인 것을 특징으로 하는폴리브랜드.
- 제9항에 있어서 R-XYZ-M은 알데히드의 금속 설폰네이트염인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제9항에 있어서, 생성물은 용융혼화단계의 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 제11항에 있어서 M은 Na+이고 이온성기를 약 2-5몰% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리브랜드.
- 화학적으로 결합된 이온성기를 포함하는 첫 번째의 폴리비닐 부티랄 70-90%와 두 번째의 폴리비닐 부티랄 30-10%와 혼합된 가소제를 포함하고 상술한 퍼어센트(%)는 항상 전체적으로 합산하여 중량% 100이 되는 폴리브랜드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
