Description
Claims (13)
- 촉매를 바륨, 스트론튬 및 이들의 산화물, 수산화물, 수화 수산화물 또는 1수산화물 염, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하여, 모노에폭시 화합물을 촉매의 존재하에 분자당 적어도 2개의 활성수소를 함유하는 그룹을 함유하는 개시제와 반응시켜 당량이 200 내지 4000인 폴리올을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노에폭시 화합물과 개시제의 반응 도중에 모노에폭시 화합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 최대 1중량%의 물을 부가하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 물의 양이 (1) 각각의 모노에폭시 화합물 100 내지 20000중량부에 대해 약 1중량부이고 (2) 각각의 모노에폭시 화합물 1000 내지 7000중량부에 대해 약 1중량부이거나 또는 각각의 모노에폭시 화합물 3000 내지 5000중량부에 대해 약 1중량부인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 수산화바륨, 수화 수산화바륨, 1수산화물 바륨염, 수산화스트론튬 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개시제가 분자당 2 내지 8개의 활성 수소원자를 함유하고, 이의 당량이 5 내지 1500인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노에폭시 화합물이 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드, 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드, 2,3-부틸렌 옥사이드, 스티렌 옥사이드, 글리시돌, 에피클로로하이드린 및 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 반응하는 개시제의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 반응을 60℃ 내지 180℃의 온도 및 최대 약 150psig의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올의 총 불포화 수준이 0.100meq/g 폴리올 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자당 2 내지 4개의 활성 수소를 함유하는 그룹을 갖는 개시제를 존재하는 개시제의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 50.0중량%의 수산화바륨, 수화 수산화바륨 또는 1수산화물 바륨염의 존재하에 75℃ 내지 130℃의 온도와 최대 약 150psig의 압력하에서 1,2-프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드를 포함하는 모노에폭시 화합물과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 제조한 폴리올.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 제조한 폴리올을 0.1 내지 99.9중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 제조한 폴리올과 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 반응으로 제조한 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 제조한 폴리올과 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 반응으로 제조한 이소시아네이트-말단 예비중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
