Description
Claims (8)
- a) 통상적인 기상 탄화수소 신규 원료 및 수증기를 수증기 개질 조건하에서 조작되는 흡열, 접촉 전화 영역에 도입하여, 수소, 탄소산화물, 메탄 및 수증기를 함유하는 제1개질 가스를 제조하고, b) 가스터어빈에 의해 구동되는 원심 장치에 의해 공기를 압축하고, 압축 공기를 가스 터어빈으로 부터의 배기 가스와 간접 열교환에 의해 700℃ 내지 900℃의 온도 범위로 가열하고, c) 제1개질 가스 및 단계 b)로부터의 가열 압축공기를 자열 개질 조건하에서 조작되는 단열, 접촉 전화 영역에 도입하여 조 고온 암모니아 합성 가스를 제조하고, d) 조 고온 암모니아 합성가스를 흡열 접촉 전화 영역으로 이송시켜, 여기서 통상적인 기상 탄화수소 및 수증기와 간접 열교환하여 흡열 접촉 전화 영역에서 전화의 모든 열을 제공하게 하고, 그리고 e) 흡열 접촉 전화 영역에서 조 암모니아 합성가스를 회수하는 단계를, 함유하는 암모니아 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡역 접촉 전화영역으로 도입되는 신규 원료에 있어서 수증기 대 C1의 비율이 2.5내지 4.5이고, 유용한 탄화수소를 기준으로 단열 접촉 전화 영역에서 전체적인 수증기 대 C1의 비가 2 내지 3이 되도록 통상적인 기상 탄화수소 신규 원료를 제1개질 가스 및 보충 수증기와 혼합하여 단열 접촉 전화영역으로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흡열 접촉 전화영역에 도입되는 신규 원료 및 단열 접촉 전화 영역에 도입되는 신규원료의 비가 1 : 1 내지 3 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가스 터어빈으로 부터의 배기가스를 압축 공기와의 간접 열교환 이전에 그에 가해지는 보충 연료의 연소에 의해 추가로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 흡열 접촉 전화 영역에서 회수된 조 암모니아 합성가스는 흡열, 접촉전화 영역에 도입되는 신규 원료의 적어도 일부와 간접 열교환되어 이송됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, a) 이동전화, 메탄화, 및 이산화탄소 제거 단계에 의해 조 암모니아 합성가스를 처리하여 암모니아 합성가스를 제조하고 ; b) 암모니아 합성 가스를 압축하고 상기 가스를 접촉 암모니아 전화기, 암모니아 생성물 회수장치, 및 순환 가스 압축장치를 포함하는 암모니아 합성 루우프에 도입하고 ; 그리고 c) 암모니아 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 암모니아 합성가스를 압축하기전에 암모니아 합성가스로부터 질소를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수소, 질소 및 메탄올 함유하는 퍼어지 가스(purge gas)를 암모니아 합성 루우프로부터 제거하고, 수소가 풍부한 유분은 퍼어지 유분으로부터 회수하여 암모니아 합성 루우프로 재도입하는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
