Claims (3)
- 실린더 블럭과, 상기 실린더 블럭의 상부에 배치된 실린더 헤드와, 상기 실린더 블럭의 실린더내에 끼워진 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 꼭대기부에 오목하게 설치되어 상기 실린더 헤드에 의해 상면이 덮어진 연소실과, 상기 연소실내에 연료를 분무해야할 실린더 헤드에 배치된 연료분사 노즐을 가지는 직접분무식 디젤엔진에 있어서, 상기 연소실이 회전체로서 형성되고, 상기 연소실이, 측벽이 상기 연소실의 개구 가장자리로부터 하방으로 향항에 따라 내경이 크게 되도록 형성된 안내벽과, 상기 안내벽의 하부에 하방으로 향함에 따라 내경이 작게 되도록 형성된 제1연료 반사벽과, 상기 제1연료방사벽의 하부에 위치하여 상기 연소실중심축선l0와 대략 평행으로 형성된 제2원료 반사벽에 의해 주위가 둘러싸여 구성되는 제1연소실, 및 상기 제1연소실의 하방에 설치되어 측벽부 상부가 원호형상을 가지는 제2연소실로 구성되고, 또 상기 연료분사 노즐이, 상기 피스톤의 상사점 위치에 있어서, 연료분무가 상기 제1연소실과 상기 제2연소실과의 접합부에 향하도록 분사구멍이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 연소실구조.
- 실린더 블럭과, 상기 실린더 블럭의 상부에 배치된 실린더 헤드와, 상기 실린더 블럭의 실린더내에 끼워진 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 꼭대기부에 오목하게 설치되어 상기 실린더 헤드로 상면이 덮여진 연소실과,상기 연소실내에 연료를 분무해야 할 실린더 헤드에 배치된 연료분사 노즐을 가지는 직접분무식 디젤엔진에 있어서, 상기 연소실의 측벽이 원주방향으로 상기 연료분사노즐의 분사구멍의 개수와 같은 수로 또한 2종형상의 제1및 제2의 측벽부가 교호로 나란히 구성되고, 상기 제1의 측벽부가 상기 연소실의 개구 가장자리로부터 하방으로 향함에 따라 내경이 크게 되도록 형성된 제1안내벽과, 상기 제1안내벽의 하부에 하방으로 향함에 따라 내경이 작게 되도록 형성된 제1연료 방사벽과, 상기 제1연료 반사벽의 하부에 위치하여 상기 연소실의 중심축선l0과 대략 평행으로형성된 제2연료 반사벽과, 상기 제1안내벽, 상기 제1연료반사벽 및 상기 제2연료반사벽에 의해 주위의 일부분이 둘러싸여 구성된 제1연소실과, 상기 제1연소실의 하방에 설치되어 측벽상부가 원호형상을 가지는 제2연소실의 측벽으로 구성되고, 또 상기 제2의 측벽부가, 상기 연소실의 개구 가장자리로부티 하방으로 향항에 따라 내경이 크게 되도록 형성됨과 함께 상기 제1안내벽 보다도 경사가 완만하게 형성된 제2안내벽과, 상기 제2안내벽의 하부에 하방으로 향함에 따라 내경이 작게 되도록 형성됨과 함께 상기 제1연료반사벽과 대략 똑같은 경사를 가지는 제3연료 반사벽과,상기 제3연료반사벽의 하부에 위차하여 상기 연소실의 중심 축선(l0)과 대략 평행하게 형성된 제4연료 반사벽과, 상기 제2안내벽, 상기 제3연료 반사벽 및 상기 제4연료 반사벽에 의해 주위의 일부분이 둘러싸여 구성된 제1연소실과, 상기 제1연소실의 하방에 설치되어 측벽상부가 원호형상을 가지는 제2연소실의 측벽으로 구성되고, 상기 연료분사노즐이 상기 피스톤의 상사점 위치에 있어서 연료분무가 상기 제1의 측벽의 상기 제1연소실과 상기 제2의 연소실과의 접합부 및 상기 제2의 측벽의 상기 제1연소실과 상기 제2의 연소실과의 접합부에 각각 향하도록 분사구멍이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 분사실 구조.
- 실린더 블럭과, 상기 실린더 블럭의 상부에 배치된 실린더 헤드와, 상기 실린더 붙럭의 실린더내에 끼워진 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 꼭대기부에 오목하게 설치되어 상기 실린더 헤드로 상면이 덮여진 연소실과, 상기 연소실내에 연료를 분무해야 할 실린더 헤드에 배치된 연료분사 노즐은 가지는 직접 분무식 디젤엔진에 있어서, 상기 연소실의 측벽이, 상기 연소실의 개구 가장자리로부터 하방으로 향함에 따라 내경이 크게되도록 형성된 안내벽과, 상기 안내벽의 하부에 연소실의 중심 측선 l0에 향해 돌출한 돌출부로 구성되고,상기 돌출부에 의해 상기 연소실이 상하방향으로 제1연소실과 제2연소실로 분할되고, 또 상기 돌출부가, 상기 연소실의 원주방향에 따라 상하방향으로 경사하는 제1경사부분과 상기 제1경사부분과 역방향으로 경사된 제2경사부분이 교호로 나란하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 연소실 구조.
