Description

철근 이음쇠
제1도는 철근을 수평방향으로 이을때의 본 고안의 사용상태 정면도.
제2도는 제1도의 A-A선의 단면도.
제3도는 철근을 수직방향으로 이을때의 본 고안의 사용상태 정면도.
제4도는 제3도의 일부 절결 측면도.
제5도의 (a)는 원형 철근을 이을때의 쐐기사시도, (b)는 이형철근을 이을때의 쐐기사시도.

1, 1' : 양측 철근단부 2 :형 단면의 가락지

본 고안은 철근콘크리트를 타설할 때에 배근되는 철근을 이을때에 사용되는 철근이음쇠에 관한 고안으로 철근을 절약하고 이음부가 견고하며 작업이 간편하게 한 고안에 관한 것이다.
종래의 이와같은 철근의 이음방법에 있어서는 철근단부를 여유있게(직경의 약 20배이상)겹친다음 철사로 묶거나 철근단부를 맞대여 용접하거나 또는 연결가락지를 끼운후 압착하는 등의 방법이 있었던 것이다.
그러나 철사로 묶어서 연결하는 것은 철근의 낭비가 많고 용접이나 압착연결방법은 시공이 힘들고 정밀하여야 하는 결점이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이와같은 결함을 제거하기 위하여 철근이음단부에 연결용 가락지를 끼운후 양측 공간내부에 쐐기를 박음으로써 철근이음을 하게한 것으로 철근의 낭비를 방지하고 현장시공을 간편하게 하여 경제적인 시공을 기할 목적인 것으로, 이하 본 고안의 구성을 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
철근의 이음단부에 양측 철근단부(1), (1')를 나란히 수용할 수 있는 크기의형 가락지(2)를 끼운후 가락지와 철근사이의 공간부양측에형 단면의 쐐기(3), (3')를 박은 것이다.
미설명부호 4는 쐐기 표면의 돌출턱이다.
이와같은 본 고안 수평방향(스라브의 경우)으로 철근을 이을때에는 제1도 및 제2도에서와 같이 가락지와 철근사이의 공간부에 쐐기(3), (3')를 박을때에 가락지(2)를 중심으로 서로 반대방향으로 상하 쐐기를 박으므로서 철근이 인장력을 받을때에 쐐기가 빠지는 것을 방지시키는 것이며, 또한 수직방향(기둥의 경우)으로 철근을 이을때에는 제3도 및 제4도에서 보는 바와같이 가락지(3)의 상부 양측에서 쐐기를 박으므로서 철근이 압축력을 받을때에 쐐기가 빠지는 것을 방지케 하는 것이다.
또한 철근표면에 돌출부가 돌출되여 있는 이형철근일 경우에는 제5도의 (b)에서 보는 바와같이 표면이 매끄러운 쐐기를 사용하여도 가능하나 철근표면이 매끄러운 원형 철근일경우에는 제5도의 (a)에서 보는 바와같은 표면에 돌출턱(4)이 돌출된 쐐기를 사용하는 것이 더욱 효과적인 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 철근 이음단부에형 가락지와형 쐐기를 사용함으로써 철근이음부의 철근의 낭비를 방지하고 현장시공을 간편하게 함으로써 경제적인 시공을 할 수 있는 효과가 있는 고안인 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 철근 이음단부에 양측 철근단부(1), (1')를 나란히 수용할 수 있는 크기의형 단면이 가락지(2)를 끼운 후 가락지와 철근사이의 공간부양측에형 단면의 쐐기(3), (3')를 박으므로서 되는 철근이음쇠.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 철근의 표면이 매끄러운 원형 철근일경우에는 쐐기의 표면에 돌출턱(4)를 형성시킨 것을 사용하여서 되는 철근이음쇠.
