Description
Claims (7)
- 압전체와 탄성체로 이루어진 진공체에 탄성진행파를 여진하고, 이 진동체에 가압접촉해서 설치된 회전체를 마찰력에 의해서 구동하는 초음파 모우터에 있어서, 이 진동체의 구동전압의 주파수를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 모우터 구동방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동체의 구동교류전압의 주파수의 제어를, 이 진동체를 구성하는 압전체에 인가하는 구동전압과 유입전류의 위상차 혹은 이 압전체에의 유입전류, 혹은 회전체의 회전수에 의해서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 모우터 구동방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동전압과 유입전류의 위상차 흑은 유입전류 혹은 회전체의 회전수를, 이 진동체가 비선형효과에 의해서 나타내는 공진주파수의 히스테리시스 루우프의 가장높은 값보다도 높고, 이 진동체의 반공진주파수보다도 낮은 주파수영역의 임의의 값에 상당하도록 설정하고, 이 설정치와의 차이가 작아지도록 이 진동체의 구동주파수를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 모우터 구동방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동체의 구동전압의 주파수를 위에서부터 아래로 스위프하고, 상기 구동전압과 유입전류의 위상차 혹은 유입전류, 흑은 회전체의 회전수가 상기 설정치로 되었을 때에 이 구동주파수의 스위프를 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 모우터 구동방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동체의 구동교류전압의 주파수를 아래로부터 위로 스위프하고, 이 진동체가 빈선형 효과에 의해서 나타내는 공진주파수의 히스테리시스 루우프의 가장높은 값을 검지하고, 이 주파수와 이 진동체의 반공진주파수 사이의 주파수영역의 임의의 설정치에, 이 구동주파수를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 모우터 구동방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구동전압과 유입전류의 위상차, 혹은 유입전류, 혹은 회전체의 회전수의 제어범위를 설정하고, 구동주파수에서의 위상차 혹은 유입전류 혹은 회전수가 이 설정제어 범위를 초과하였을 때에 다시 구동주파수의 스위프를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 모우터 구동방법.
