Claims (10)
- 베이스부재와, 전술한 베이스부재위에 배치된 좌대와 전술한 좌대의 상방에 배치된 압출용노즐을 가진 압출기와, 전술한 좌대의 상면에 취부된 축수와, 전술한 축수에 지지된축과, 본체에 지지되어 서로 대향하는 한쌍의 금형과, 이들 금형을 개폐시키는 금형개폐수단을 갖추고, 전술한 축에 회전자재롭게 장치된 금형개폐장치와, 전술한 축을 중심으로 수평면에 대하여 소정의 각도범위내에서 전술한 금형개폐장치를 임의의 각도로 경사지게 하는 경사수단을 구비한 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제1항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 금형개폐장치를 지지하는 축은, 전술한 금형개폐수단에 의해 금형을 이동시키는 방향에 대하여 수직으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제2항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 경사수단은, 전술한 한쪽금형을 들어올리도록 전술한 금형개폐장치에 장치하고, 전술한 금형개폐장치가 경사지게 될 때에 다른쪽 금형은 전술한 압출물 압출용 노즐의 하방에 배치되며, 또 전술한 금형개폐장치의 본체는, 전술한 다른쪽 금형방향으로 기울어진 위치에서 전술한 축에 취부되어 있는 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제1항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 금형개폐장치는, 전술한 다른쪽 금형의 성형개시시의 위치를 미리 조정하기 위한 수단을 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제1항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 베이스부재에 취부된 좌대를, 전술한 압출 물 압출용 노즐의 축선에 대하여 직교하는 평면상에서 이동시키는 좌대이동수단을 구비하여서된 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제5항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 좌대이동수단은 전술한 금형개폐장치를 지지하는 축의 축선에 평행한 방향으로 전술한 좌대를 이동시키는 제1의 구동장치와 수평면상에서 전술한 축의 축선에 직교하는 방향으로 전술한 좌대를 이동시키는 제2의 구동장치를 구비하여서된 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제3항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 금형개폐장치의 본체에 취부되고 전술한 금형이 개폐이동하는 방향에 대하여 직교하는 평면상에서 전술한 다른쪽 금형을 이동시키는 금형이동수단을 구비하여서된 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제7항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 금형이동 수단은 전술한 금형개폐장치의 전술한 축의 축선에 평행한 방향으로 전술한 다른쪽 금형을 이동시키는 제1의 금형구동장치와 전술한 축의 축선에 직교하는 방향으로 전술한 다른쪽 금형을 이동시키는 제2의 금형구동장치를 구비하여서된 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범위 제7항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 금형이동수단은, 2방향으로 이동이 가능한 XㆍY 크로스테이블로 이루어진 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
- 특허청구 범의 제9항의 것에 있어서, 전술한 XㆍY 크로스테이블은, 수치제어방식으로 핀스트로크형의 크로스테이블로 이루어진 합성수지의 중공성형장치.
