Claims (4)

  1. 매트릭스-형 광학 광 밸브가 각각의 광원과 연관되는 가시스크린의 배경 투광용으로 3개의 평면 단색 광원을 가진 칼라 텔레비젼 투영 장치에 있어서, 광원이 음극 발광 광원인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 텔레비젼 투영 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광 밸브는 얇은 박막 트랜지스터 액정 광 밸브(9)인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 텔레비젼 투영 장치.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 음극-발광광원의 각각은 정면 기판(5)과 다층 간섭 필터(6)가 제공될때마다 그 사이에 발광재질층(1)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 텔레비젼 투영장치.
  4. 제1항에 또는 제3항에 있어서, 냉각 에이젠트(8)의 플로우는 정면 기판(5)과 광밸브(9)간에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 텔레비젼 투영장치.
