Claims (2)
- 코어 박편을 타발하는 박판재료의 표면에 산화막을 형성하는 표면처리 공정과, 이 박편재료로 부터 프레스에 의하여 소정형상의 코어 박편을 타발함과 동시에 프레스 공정중에 이것을 적층하고, 다시 이 적층상태의 코어 박편을 적층방향으로 용접하는 레이저 용접공정과, 적층되고, 용접된 코어박편군으로 부터 소정매수의 라미네이트 코어를 잘라내는 절단공정과, 이 절단된 라미네이트 코어를 소둔하는 어니일 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드용 라미네이트 코어의 제조방법.
- 코어 박편(1)을 타발하는 박판재료(19)로 부터 소정 형상의 코어 박편을 타발하는 다이와 펀치와, 상기 다이의 아래쪽에 배치된 타발된 코어 박편의 적층 정열로를 갖는 하형팩킹(34)과, 이 하형팩킹의 코어적층 정열로(35)내에 용접용의 레이저 광을 발진하는 레이저 용접기(40)와, 상기 하형팩킹의 코어 적층정열로(35)로 부터 독출하는 용접된 코어 박편군에 대하여 적층방향과 직교하는 방향의 전단력을 가하여 소정매수의 라미네이트 코어를 잘라내는 절단 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드용 라이네이트 코어의 제조장치.
