Claims (9)
- 황수용체를 첨가하여 유동층내에서 탄소를 산소와, 원한다면 수증기와 반응시켜 가스화장치(1)에서 제조된 가스화가스에 의해 산화칠 함유 물질을 직접 환원할매, 가스화가스를. 상기 가스와 함께 운반되는 고체입자의 분리 후에 직접 환원고로(18)에 공급하고, 직접 환원고로로부터 희수된 노정가스의 적어도 일부를, 석탄 분진을 스쿠루빙한 후에 압축하여, 상기의 가스를 가스화장치(1)에 재순환하는 방법에 있어서, 황수용체를 원한다면 플럭스와 함께, 석탄과 분리된 미립자로서 유동충 형성가스와 나란한 흐름 및/또는 유동충 형성가스와 대항하는 흐름으로 제공하는 단계, CO2농도가 15-30%이고, 온도가 80-800℃인 환원고로(18)로부터 얻어진 노정가스를 가스화장치(1)의 벽을 통하여 횡방항으로 적어도 1150℃의 온도에 유지한 유동층 영역으로 재순환하는 단계, 가스화장치의 전체에 걸쳐 있는 온도를 갓는 용융 상태의, 모여서 욕(12)의 형성하는 회분 및 황화합물 함유 슬래그를 가스화장치(1)의 하부 부근에 설치한 츨탕구(13)를 통하여 제거하는 단계, 및 가스화가스로부터 분리된 고체입자를 입경 3mm까지의 식탄 분진과 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 가스화장치(1)의 하부 영역에 있는 슬래그욕(12)의 표면상으로 재순흰하는 단켸를 특징으로 하는 산화질 합유 물질의 직접 환원법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스화가스의 제법에 사용하는 석탄부분이 3-25mm의 입경을 가지고, 상기의 석탄부분을 가스화장치(1)의 정상부를 통하여 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화필 함유 물질의 직첩 환원법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈분진하고, 압축한노정가스의 일부를, 냉각건조기(19)를 통과시킨후에, 가스화가스에 가함에 의해 일산화탄소:이산화탄소의 비율을 조절하여, 얻어진 환원가스의 온도를 750-1000℃ 범위로 조절하여, 이 환원가스를 환원고로(18)내에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화칠 함유 물질의 직접 환원법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수분함량 1% 이하의 노정가스를 가스화가스에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화철함유 물질의 직접 환원법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재순환 노정가스를 가스화장치(1)내에 도입하기 전에, 탈분진한 노정가스의 다른 부분을 연소시킴으로써 노정가스를 500-700℃의 온도로 예열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화필 함유 물질의 직접 환원법.
- 제1 또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성된 전체 노정가스의 30-50%을 가스화장치(1)내에 재순환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화필 함유 물질의 직접 환원법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 황수용체를, 원한다면, 플럭스와 함께 가스화장치(1)의 2이상의 지점으로 공급하는것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 함유 물질의 직접 환원법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스화가스로부터 분리된 고체임자(33)를 가스화장치(1)내에 재순환하기 전에, 적절하게 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 함유 물질의 직접 환원법.
- 제1 또는 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스화가스로부터 분리된 고체입자(33) 및 석탄 분진(35)의 혼합을(36)을 압축한 노정가스와 함께 가스화장치(1)에 취입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화를 함유 물질의 직접 환원법.
