Claims (10)

- 제1항에 있어서, A1과 A2가 C2-C6알킬렌이고, Q1과 Q2가 독립적으로 베타-히드록시에틸, 베타-히드록시프로필, C1-C18알킬 또는 그를중 둘 또는 그이상의 혼합물인 트리아진 화합물 (i)가교 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 같고 여기에서 A1과 A2가 -CH2CH2- 이고 Q1과 Q2가 베타-히드록시에틸 또는 베타-히드록시프로필이고 R3가 NR5R6이며 여기에서 R5및 R6가 알킬인 트리아진(i) 가교결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, A1과 A2가 -CH2CH2-이고 적어도 하나의 Q1및 Q2가 베타-히드록시에틸 또는베타-히드록시프로필인 트리아진 화합물(i)의 올리고머(ii) 가교결합제.
- (a)(i) 하기식의 화합물(상기 식에서 R1은이며 여기에서 A1과 A2는 독립적으로 약 2-약 10 탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 2가 알킬렌이고 Q1및 Q2는 독립적으로 약 1-약 20 탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄알킬 또는 알콕시알킬이거나 약 2-약 10탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분직쇄 베타-히드록시알킬이며 ; R2와 R3는 독립적으로 R1과 같고, 추가하여, Cl, Br, I, OR4, -NHR5,- NR5R6,이며 R4,R5및 R6는 독립적으로 1가이고 R7은 2가연 지방족, 환지방족, 방향족 또는 알킬방향족 라디칼이며, 이들은 O,N,S 또는 p같은 헤테로 원자를 쇄내에 또는 측치환기로서 함유할 수 있고 R8 및 R9는 R',Rs 및 R6와 같고, 추가하여, 수소이거나 R7,R8및 R9가 함께 취해 질때, 그들이 결합되는 질소를 혼입하는 2가 헤테로환족임); (ii)(i)의 자기-축합된 올리고머; (iii)(i) 또는 (ii)와 모노-또는 폴리올이나 모노-또는 폴리아민과의 반응생성물로 구성되는 우레탄 또는 우레아 화합물 ; 또는 (iv) 상기 (i),(ii) 및(iii)의 화합물중 둘이상의 혼합물 ; 로 구성되는 가교결합제 ; (b) 아크릴성, 폴리에스테르, 비닐, 에폭시, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 셀룰로오스성, 알키드 및 실리콘 수지중 하나 이상으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는, 활성 관능기를 함유하는 중합체; 및 (c) 납, 주석, 아연 및 티타늄 화합물등의 금속 함유 촉매 및 4차 암모늄 히드록사이드, 벤질트리메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드, 디부틸틴 디라우레이트, 테트라부틸 디아세톡시 스탠녹산등의 3차 또는 4차 화합물의 군에서 선택된 가교-결합촉매(가교 결합제(a)와 중합체(b)는 주위온도에서 조성물 내에서 서로에 대해 비교적 안정하고 승온에서 서로 반응한다)로 구성되는 열경화성 조성물.
- (a) 하기식의 화합물로 부터 선택되는 자기-축합성 s-트리아진 화합물:(상기 식에서 R1은이며, 여기에서 A1과 A2는 독립적으로 약 2-약 10탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 2가 알킬렌이고 Q1과 Q2는 독립적으로 약 1-약 20탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬 또는 알콕시 알킬이거나 약 2-약 10탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 베타-히드록시알킬이며; R2와 R3는 독립적으로 R1과 같고, 추가하여 Cl, Br, I, OR4, NHR5, -NR5R6이고 R4, R5및 R6는 독립적으로 1가이고 R7은 2가인 지방족, 환지방족, 방향족 또는 알킬방향족라디칼이며, 이들은 O,N,S 또는 p같은 헤테로 원자를 쇄내에 또는 측 치환기로서 함유할 수 있고 R8과 R9는 R4, R5및 R6와 같고, 추가하여 수소이거나, R7, R8및 R9가 함께 취해 질때, 그들이 결합되는 질소를 혼입하는 2가 헤테로환족임) ; (ii)(i)의 자기-축합된 올리고머; (iii)(i) 또는 (ii)와 모노-또는 폴리올이나 모노-또는 폴리아민과의 반응생성물로 구성되는 우레탄 또는 우레아 화합물, 또는 (iv) 상기 (i)(ii) 및 (iii)의 화합물중 둘 이상의 혼합물, 및 (b) 납, 주석, 아연 및 티타늄 화합물등의 금속 함유 촉매 및 4차암모늄 히드록사이드, 벤질트리메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드, 디부틸틴 디라우레이트, 테트라부틸 디아세톡시스탠녹산등의 3차 또는 4차 화합물의 군에서 선택된 가교-결합 촉매 : 로 구성되는 열경화성 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 조성물의 성분(a)-(c)가, 수지 성분에 대한 수지고형물의 중량을 기준으로, 약15-약 50부의 가교결합제(a); 약 50-약 85부의 중합체(b), 존재할경우, 약 0.1-약 5부의 촉매(c)의 중량비율로 존재하며; A1과 A2가 C2-C6알킬렌이고 Q1과 Q2가 베타 히드록시에틸, 베타-히드록시프로필 또는 C1-C18알킬 라디칼인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 활성 관능기들이 하나 또는 그 이상의 히드록실 기들, 아미노기들, 아미드기들, 카르복실기들 및 머캅토기들로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제5항에 정의된 경화되는 조성물로 보호적으로 코우팅된, 옥외상용을 목적으로하는 기질.
- 하기식의 화합물을하기식의 화합물과(상기 식에서, X, Y 및 Z중 적어도 하나는 Cl, Br, I 또는 -OR4a로부터 선택되는 치환가능한 기이고 나머지 기는 하기식의 치환가능하지 않은 것이며여기에서 A1, A2,Q1a,Q1b 및 R4a는 아래에서 정의하는 바와 같음) 반응이 완결될 때까지 반응시키고 상기 생성물을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는, 하기식(상기 식에서, R1은이며, 여기에서 A1과 A2는 독립적으로 약 2 또는 약 10탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 2가 알킬렌이고 Q1a와Q2b는 독립적으로 약 2-약 10탄소원자의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 베타-히드록시알킬이며; R2와 R3는 독립적으로 R1과 같고, 추가하여, Cl, Br, I 또는 OR4a이며, 상기 식에서 R4a는 약 1-약 6탄소원자의 1가 지방족임)의 트리아진 화합물 제조방법.
