Claims (11)
- 가스 비투과성 내화 외부체, 내화 외부체내에 위치하는 가스 투과성 내화 내부체 및 가스 확산 공간부로 구성된 가스 유통체에 있어서, 가스 확산 공간부(4)가 외부체(2)의 단부면(5)에서 개방된 개구부(6)을 갖고 있고 외부체(2)의 개구부(6) 주변에 밀폐 표면(7)이 형성되었으며 밀폐 표면(7)에는 가스 연결관(12)을 갖는 지지판(11)이 밀폐 표면(7)에 압압되어 밀폐 효과를 나타내도록 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 개구부(6)가 가스 확산 공간부(4)의 전체 횡단면에 걸쳐 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에서, 가스 확산 공간부(4)가 가스 유통체(1)내에 동심원 상태로 되게 원통형으로 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 전술한 청구범위 중의 어느 한 항에서, 밀폐표면(7)이 단부면(5)에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 전술한 청구범위 1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에서, 밀폐표면이 가스 확산공간부(4)의 내벽(14)에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 청구범위 5항에서, 외부체(2)의 가스확산 공간부(4)에 있는 밀폐 표면(7)이 가스확산 공간부(4)내부로 삽입된 금속 슬리이브(23)에 의하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 청구범위 6항에서, 슬리이브(23)가 동으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 전술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 가스 확산 공간부(4)의 내주벽(14)이 단부면(5)에 설치되는 지지판(11)의 돌출부(13)에 대한 안내면을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 전술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 밀폐 표면(7)이 단부면(5)에 착탈할 수 있게 설치되는 지지판(11)의 밀봉링(15)과 밀봉 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 전술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 지지판(11)이 개구부(6)에 수직으로 되게 단부면(5)에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
- 전술한 청구범위중의 어느 한 항에서, 가스 유통체(1)가 지지판(11)에 착탈할 수 있게 연결되는 부분 금속판 외피를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
