Claims (5)

  1. 나트릴 수화효소를 생산할 수 있는 Rhodococcus rhodochrous 박테리아를 배양시켜 니트릴수화효소의 활성을 갖게 되는 박테리아 세포제조시에 그 배양배지에다 우레아 및 다음 구조식(I) 내지 (III)으로 나타낸 그 유도체를 중 적어도 하나와 코발트 이온을 첨가시켜서 되어지는 Rhodococcus rhodochrous종 박테리아의 배양방법.

    윗식에서, R1, R2, R3와 R4는 각각 -H, -CH3, 또는 -C2H5일 수 있지만 모든 치환기가 -H가 되지는 않고,
    R5R6NCOOC2H5(II)
    윗식에서 R5과 R6는 각각 -H, -CH3또는 -C2H5이다.
    NH2CSNH2(III)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 니트릴 수화효소를 생산해 낼 수 있는 Rhodococcus rhodochrous 박테리아는 균주 J-1(FERM BP-1478)인 것을 특징으로 하는 박테리아의 배양방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 우레아가 배양 배지에 첨가되어짐을 특징으로 하는 박테리아의 배양방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배지에서의 우레아나 그 유도체의 전체 농도는 1 내지 30g/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 박테리아의 배양방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 코발트 이온의 농도는 CoCl2를 기초로 계산하여 5 내지 15mg/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 박테리아의 배양방법.
