Claims (8)
- a) 유리 및/또는 변성된 유리 폴리이소시안에이트와 b) 둘 이상의 반응성 수소원자들을 갖는 하나 이상의 아주 고분자량의 화합물과, 필요하다면, c) 저분자량의 사슬 늘림제 및/또는 교차결합제를, d) 발포제, e) 촉매 및 필요하다면, f) 보조제 및/또는 첨가제의 존재하에서, 치밀화와 함께 밀폐 모울드내에서 반응시킴에 의해서 치밀한 에지영역 및 발포코어를 갖는 성형물의 제조방법에 있어서, 사용된 발포제(d)는 분자내에서 4개 내지 8개의 탄소원자들을 갖는 저비등 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 알칸, 또는 이와같은 알칸들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 에지영역 및 발포코어를 갖는 성형물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 및/또는 시클로지방족 알칸은 성분(a) 내지 (c)의 전체 중량에 근거하여 0.5 내지 10중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, n-펜탄 및/또는 이소펜탄이 발포제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 폴리이소시안에이트 중부가 물의 성형물이 탄성 및 가요성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 고압반응 사출성형(RIM)기법을 사용하는 원 슈트 방식으로, a) 유리 및/또는 변성된 유기 폴리이소시안에이트와 b) 둘 이상의 반응성 수소원자들을 갖는 하나 이상의 아주 고분자량의 화합물과, 필요하다면, c) 저분자량의 사슬 늘림제 및/또는 교차결합제를, d) 발포제, e) 촉매 및, 필요하다면, f) 보조제 및/또는 첨가제의 존재하에서, 밀폐 모울드내에서 치밀화와 함께 반응시킴에 의해서, 치밀한 에지 및 발포코어를 가지며 0.4 내지 1.0g/㎤의 전체 밀도를 갖는 연질의 가요성 신발창의 제조방법에 있어서, 사용된 발포제(d)는 분자내에서 4개 내지 8개의 탄소원자들을 갖는 저비등 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 알칸,또는 이와같은 알칸들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 연질의 가요성 신발창의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 지방족 및/또는 시클로지방족 알칸은 성분(a) 내지 (c)의 전체 중량에 근거하여 05 내지 10중량%의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발창의 제조방법.
- 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, n-펜탄 및/또는 이소펜탄이 발포제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발창의 제조방법.
- 제5,6 또는 7항에 있어서, 사용된 아주 고분자량의 화합물(b)는 2 내지 4의 작용성 및 1,200 내지 6,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에스테르폴리올 또는 폴리에스테르폴리올이며, 사용된 사슬늘림제 및/또는 교차결합제(c)는 각각의 아미노그룹에 대하여 오르토에서 결합된 1개 내지 3개 탄소수의 하나 이상의 알킬기를 함유하는 1급 방향족 디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 신발창의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
