Claims (6)

  1. 하기 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 피라졸 아미드;
    상기식에서, R¹은 C₁-C₄알킬이고; R²는 수소원자, C₁-C₄알킬기, 시클로프로필기, C₁-C₄알콕시기 또는 C₂-C₄알킬카르보닐옥시기이며; X는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C₁-C₄알킬기, C₁-C₄알콜시기, C₁-C₃할로알콕시기, C₂-C₄알킬카르보닐옥시기 또는 히드록시기이고; R²및 X는 서로 합쳐져서
    를 형성하며, R9는 수소원자 또는 C₁-C₃알킬기이며; R³,R⁴및 R5중 하나는 수소원자이고 나머지는 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C₁-C₄알킬기, C₁-C₄할로알킬기, C₃-C6시클로알킬기, C₁-C₄알콕시기, C₁-C₄할로알콕시기, 아미노기, C₁-C₄알키라미노기, C₂-C6디알킬아미노기, C₂-C₃알콕시 카르보닐아미노기, C₁-C₄알킬티오기, C₁-C₄알킬술피닐기, C₁-C₄알킬술피닐기, C₂-C5알콕시카르보닐기, C₂-C5알킬카르보닐기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 히드록시메틸기, C₂-C₄알콕시알킬기 또는 C₂-C6알콕시알콕시알킬기이며; R³및 R⁴는 서로 합쳐져서를 형성하고 R10및 R11은 독립적으로 수소원자 또는
    C₁-C₄알킬기이며; R6및 R7중 하나는 수소원자이고 다른 하나는 수소원자, C₁-C₄알킬기, C₁-C₄알콕시기 또는 할로겐 원자이며; Y는 산소원자, 황원자, 술피닐기, 술포닐기 또는 카르보닐기이고; B는 -CH-또는 질소원자이며; R8은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고; 또 Z는 산소원자 또는 황원자이며; 단 Y가 산소이고 또 B가 -CH-일때 R³,R⁴및 R5는 모두가 수소인것은 아니다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 메틸기이고 ; R2가 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기 또는 C1-C3알콕시기며 ; X는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C3알콕시기 또는 C1-C3할로알콕시기이고 ; R2및 X가 합쳐져서
    를 형성하며 ; R9가 수소원자 또는 C1-C3알킬기이고 ; R6및 R7의 하나가 수소원자이고 나머지 하나가 수소원자, 메틸기, 메톡시기 또는 할로겐 원자이며 ; Y가 산소원자 또는 카르보닐기이고 또 Z가 산소원자인 피라졸 아미드.
  3. 활성성분으로 살충 및 살비 유효량의 하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 피라졸 아미드, 및 살충 및 살비제에 허용되는 보조제를 포함하는 살충제 및 살비제 조성물 :
    상기식에서, R1은 C1-C4알킬기이고 ; R2는 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, 시클로로프로필기, C1-C4알콕시기 또는 C2-C4알킬카르보닐옥시기이며 ; X는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4알콕시기, C1-C3할로알콕시기, C2-C4알킬카르보닐옥시기 또는 히드록시기이고 ; R2및 X는 서로 합쳐져서
    를 형성하며 ; R9는 수소원자 또는 C1-C3알킬기이며 ; R3, R4및 R9중 하나는 수소원자이고 나머지는 서로 독립해서 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C3알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, C3-C6시클로알킬기, C1-C4알콕시기, C1-C4할로알콕시기, 아미노기, C1-C4알킬아미노기, C2-C6디알킬아미노기, C2-C5알콕시카르보닐기, C2-C6알콕시 카르보닐아미노기, C1-C4알킬티오기, C1-C4알킬술피닐기, C1-C4알킬술포닐기, C2-C6알킬카르보닐기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 히드록시메틸기, C2-C4알콕시알킬기 또는 C3-C6알콕시알콕시알킬기이며 ; R3및 R4는 서로 합쳐져서를 형성하고, R10및 R0은 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 또는 C1-C4알킬기이며 ; R6및 R7중 하나는 수소원자이고 다른 하나는 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4알톡시기 또는 할로겐원자이며 ; Y는 산소원자, 황원자, 술피닐기, 술포닐기 또는 카르보닐기이고 ; B는 -CH- 또는 질소원자이며 ; R8은 수소원자, 또는 메틸기이고 또 Z는 산소원자 또는 황원자이며 ; 단 Y가 산소이고 또 B가 -CH- 일때 R3, R4및 R5는 모두가 수소인것은 아니다.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, R1이 메틸기이고, R2가 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기 또는 C1-C3알콕시기이며 ; X는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C3알콕시기 또는 C1-C3할로알콕시기이고 ; R2및 X가 합쳐져서
    를 형성하며, R9가 수소원자 또는 C1-C3알킬기이고 ; R6및 R7중 하나가 수소원자이고 나머지 하나가 수소원자, 메틸기, 메톡시기 또는 할로겐 원자이며 ; Y가 산소원자 또는 카르보닐기이고 또 Z가 산소원자인 살충제 및 살비제 조성물.
  5. 살충 및 살비 유횰량의 하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 피라졸 아미드졸 곤충 및 진드기의 알 또는 유충에 투영하는 것을 포함하는 곤충 및 진드기의 방제 방법 ;
    상기식에서, R1이 C1-C4알킬기이고 ; R2는 수소원자, C1-C4알킬기, 시클로프로필기, C1-C4알콕시기 또는 C2-C4알킬카르보닐옥시기이며 ; X는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C4알콕시기, C1-C3할로겐알콕시기, C2-C4알킬카르보닐옥시기 또는 히드록시기이고 ; R2및 X는 서로 합쳐져서
