Claims (6)
- 연료의 연소를 버너에 연료와 공기를 혼합하여 강제연소시키는 연소부(3)와, 이 연소부(3)의 화염의 산소 공급상태를 검출하는 열전대(53)로 되는 연소센서와, 상기 연소센서의 출력이 상기 연소부의 연소량이 가변이며 연소량이 변하면 연소센서의 출력을 판단하기 위한 설정범위가 변하므로 이센서 출력의 변화폭이 연소량에 따라 사전에 설정된 값의 범위 밖일때, 상기 연소부(3)의 운전을 정지시키도록 구성되는 안전회로(64)를 구비한 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전회로(64)는 상기 열전대(53)되는 연소센서의 출력이 상기 연소부의 연소량에 따라 사전에 설정된 값보다 클때, 상기 버너의 연소부(3)의 운전을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연소부(3)의 연소량은 이 연소부(3)에 연료의 공급을 행하는 비례제어밸브(45)의 개방도에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비례제어밸브(45)는 상기 연소부(3)의 연소용 공기의 공급을 행하는 송풍기(33)의 회전속도에 따라 개방도가 제어되고 상기 연소부(3)의 연소량은 상기 송풍기(33)의 회전속도에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소센서는 화염의 온도를 검출하여 화염의 산소공급 상태를 검지하는 열전대(53)인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전회로(64)는 상기 연소부(3)의 운전을 정지하였을때 사용자에 운전정지의 표시를 행하는 표시수만을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
