Claims (7)
- 전력 정류기 유니트(1)과 전력 인버터 유니트(3)으로 이루어지는 콘버터(20)의 정전시 정지 회로에 있어서, 상기 콘버터(20)내의 DC 버스 전압 또는 A급 위상 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출 회로(5), 상기 콘버터의 정상적인 동작 상태하에서, 목표 속도 명령을 출력 주파수 명령과 비교하여 동작 모드를 결정하고, 또한 정전시에 동작 모드에 관계없이 감속 모드 신호를 출력시키는 동작 모드 결정회로(15), 상기 동작 모드에 따라 다음에 출력시킬 주파수 명령을 결정하는 출력 주파수 명령 결정회로(10), 정전 전용의 내부 감속 패턴과 동작 모드 결정 회로로부터의 정전시의 감속 모드 신호에 의해 출력 주파수 명령을 결정하는 정전 출력 주파수 명령 결정회로(16), 상기 정전 신호가 입력되지 않을 때에 출력 주파수 명령 결정 회로로부터의 출력 주파수 명령을 선택하며, 상기 정전 신호가 입력될 때에 상기 정전 출력 주파수 명령 결정 회로로부터의 출력 주파수 명령을 선택하는 가속/감속 패턴 선택 회로(17), 상기 가속/감속 패턴 선택 회로에 의해 선택된 출력 주파수 명령을 수신하는 PWM 신호 발생회로(11)과 상기 PWM 신호 발생회로로부터의 명령에 따라 모터 속도를 콘트롤하는 전력 인버터 유니트(3)에 대한 전력 인버터 구동회로(13)을 포함하는 콘버터 장치의 정전시 정지회로.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 또 정전 상태를 판단하기 위한 기준 전압 신호를 설정하는 전압 레벨 설정기(6)과 상기 전압 레벨 설정기(6)으로부터의 기준 전압신호를 상기 전압 검출 회로(5)로부터의 신호와 비교하여, 상기 전압 검출회로(5)로부터의 상기 신호가 상기 기준 전압 신호보다 낮아지게 될때, 정전 신호를 출력시키는 비교기(7)을 포함하는 콘버터 장치의 정전시 정지회로.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비교기(7)에 의해 발생된 상기 정전 신호는 상기 홀딩 회로(8)을 거쳐서 상기 동작 모드 결정회로(15)와 상기 가속/감속 패턴 선택회로(17)에 입력되고, 그에 따라 상기 동작 모드 결정회로(15)로부터의 감속 모드 신호는 출력되고, 상기 가속/감속 패턴 선택회로(17)은 출력 주파수 명령을 선택하여 그것을 상기 PWM 신호 발생 회로(11)로 출력시키는 콘버터 장치의 정전시 정지 회로.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터로부터의 재생 전력은 정전 전용의 감속 패턴에 의해 조정되어 정전 상태가 검출될 때 재생 전력과 전력 소모가 같아지게 하는 콘버터 장치의 정전시 정지회로.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압 검출회로(5)는 콘버터(20)내의 상기 전력 정류기 유니트(1)로의 입력 전압을 검출하는 콘버터 장치의 정전시 정지회로.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압 검출회로(5)는 콘버터(20)내의 상기 전력 인버터 유니트(3)으로부터의 출력 전압을 검출하는 콘버터장치의 정전시 정지회로.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 각각이 서로 다른 정전 전용의 감속 패턴을 가지는 다수의 정전 출력 주파수 결정회로(16)이 각각 마련되어 상기 콘버터의 부하 상태에 따라 선택적으로 사용되는 콘버터 장치의 정전시 정지회로.
