Claims (10)
- 목표치신호와 프로세스가변량신호 및 제어변수에 따라 프로세스(제어대상)의 프로세스가변량신호를 제어하는 조정신호를 발생시켜주기 위한 제어변수를 갖는 제어수단(2)과, 목표치신호와 조정신호의 어느 한 신호에 대해 계속적으로 여기되는 동일화신호를 공급해 주기 위한 튜닝수단(6)으로 구성된 적응프로세스 제어장치에는 상기 튜닝수단(6)에 펄스전달함수를 근거로 프로세스의 이득 및 위상의 주파수특성을 산출함과 더불어 프로세스의 펄스전달함수를 동일화시켜주는 동일화신호가 공급되는 기간동안, 최소 2승법에 의해 조정신호의 샘플링데이터와 프로세스가변량신호의 샘플링데이터로부터 프로세스의 자기회귀이동평균모델을 산정해 주는 주파수 특성 동일화수단(10)과, 이득 및 위상주파수특성이 소정의 이득 및 위상여유를 만족시켜주도록 상기 제어변수를 조정해주는 제어변수 연산수단(12)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단(2)은 목표치신호 r(t)에만 응답하는 정궤환회로(3)와 제어신호 y(t) 및 목표치신호 r(t)사이의 차이에 응답하는 적분기(4) 및 제어신호 y(t) 및 제어신호 y(t)에만 응답하는 부궤환회로(5)로 구성된 정궤환에 의한 I-P제어기를 포함하면서 정궤환이득이 적당하게 조정된 경우에는 상기 I-P제어기가 P-I제어기로서 작용하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 재1항에 있어서, 튜닝수단(6)은 M-계열신호와 구형파신호 또는 펄스신호중의 어느 1형태로 되는 동일화신호를 발생시켜주는 수단을 포함하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튜닝수단(6)은 목표치신호와 제어신호의 차이가 임계치를 초과하게 되는 경우 동일화신호를 발생시켜주는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주파수 특성 동일화수단(10)은 시간축방향에 반복적으로 배열되는 샘플링데이터에서의 데이터를 이용하여 프로세스의 펄스전달함수를 동일화시켜주는 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주파수 특성 동일화수단(10)은 샘플링에 의한 프로세스가변량신호와 조정신호의 에러를 정정해 주기 위한 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어변수 연산수단(12)은 프로세스의 오버슈트량과 감쇠비를 나타내는 수단과, 이득 및 위상주파수특성이 소정의 이득 및 위상여유와 오버슈트량 및 감쇠비를 만족시켜주도록 제어변수를 연산해 주는 수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 프로세스의 소정 응답을 나타내는 참조모델의 특성계수를 수신함과 더불어 그 참조모델의 이득 및 위상여유를 연산하는 제1연산수단(40)과, 이 제1연산수단(40)으로부터 연산된 이득 및 위상여유와, 프로세스의 전달함수 및 프로세스의 보상동작 형태를 나타내는 신호를 수신하여 프로세스의 이득 및 위상여유가 상기 제1연산수단(40)에서 연산된 이득 및 위상여유와 일치되도록 프로세스에 대한 제어변수를 연산해 주는 제2연산수단(42)을 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제2연산수단(42)은 I-PD보상 동작형태와 PID보상동작형태를 근거로 제어변수를 연산해주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
- 샘플링기간에 프로세스로부터의 출력신호 및 프로세스의 입력신호를 수신함과 더불어 프로세스의 자기회귀이동평균(ARMA) 모델을 사용하여 펄스전달함수를 동일화시켜주는 수단으로 구성된 적응프로세스 제어장치에는 샘플링에 의해 발생되는 프로세스의 연속적인 장치에서의 전달함수와 펄스전달함수사이의 차이를 제거시켜주는 보상전달함수와 동일한 펄스전달함수 및 샘플링기간에 따라 프로세스의 이득 및 위상주파수특성을 연산해 주기 위한 수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 적응프로세스 제어장치.
