Description
Claims (14)
- 복수개의 관통구멍을 갖는 절연막 스페이서를 사이에 두고 적층된 한쌍의 가요성 절연막을 포함하며, 상기 한쌍의 절연막 중 하나는 상기 스페이서와의 접촉 표면상에 상기 관통구멍들에 각각 대응하는 복수개의 제1전극과, 이 제1전극에 각각 접속되는 저항소자와, 그리고 이 저항소자들을 통하여 상기 제1전극들을 외부에 접속시키기 위한 제1배선패턴을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 제1배선패턴들 각각은 상대적 저저항체 페이스트(paste)로 된 하층과 이 하층위에 피복된 상대적 고저항체 페이스트로 된 상층을 필수 구성성분으로 하여 구성되는 적층 구조체이며, 저저항체 페이스트로 된 상기 하층은 부분적으로 비연결되어 간극을 형성한 다음, 상기 저항체를 상기 간극에 해당하는 위치에서 상대적 고저항체 페이스트로 된 상층과 일체로 형성되며, 상기 한쌍의 절연막 중 다른 것은 상기 스페이서와의 접촉면상에 상기 제1전극에 대응하는 복수개의 제2전극과, 이 제2전극들을 외부 접속시키는 제2배선 패턴을 구비하고 있는 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치소자.
- 제1항에 상기 상대적 고저항체페이스트의 저항값 RH와 상기 상대적 저저항체 페이스트의 저항값 RI과의 상관계가 RL/RH≤0.1인 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제1항에서 상기 상대적 고저항체 페이스트가 탄소 페이스트이고, 상기 상대적 저저항체 페이스트가 은 페이스트인 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제1항에서 상기 스페이서가 폴리에스터등의 플라스틱필름으로 제조된 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제1항에서, 상기 스페이서가 실리콘 고무로 제조된 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제1항에서, 상기 가요성 절연막들이 폴리에스터등의 플라스틱 필름으로 제조된 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제1항에서, 상기 저항소자가 상기 간극위에 형성된 복수의 저항소자 패턴들을 포함하는 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제7항에서, 상기 복수의 저항소자 패턴들이 서로 평행 배열된 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제7항에서, 상기 저항소자 패턴들의 길이가 상기 간극의 길이보다 크도록 상기 저항소자 패턴들이 S형, 뒤집은 S형 또는 Z형중의 한 형태로 굴곡되는 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 서로 적층된 한쌍의 가요성 절연막을 포함하며, 상기 한쌍의 절연막 중 한 절연막은 다른 한 절연막과의 접촉표면상에, 복수개의 제1전극과 이 제1전극에 각각 접속되는 저항소자와 이 저항소자들을 통하여 상기 제1전극들을 외부접속시키는 제1배선패턴을 구비하고 있으며 ; 상기 제1배선패턴들 각각은 상대적 저저항체 페이스트(paste)로 된 하층과 이 하층위에 피복된 상대적 고저항체 페이스트로 된 상층을 필수 구성성분으로하여 구성되는 적층구조체이며, 저저항체 페이스트로 된 상기 하층은 부분적으로 비연결되어 간극을 형성한 다음, 상기 저항체를 상기 간극에 해당하는 위치에서 상대적 고저항체로 된 상층과 일체로 형성되며, 상기 한쌍의 절연막 중 다른것은 상기 한 절연막과의 접촉표면상에 상기 제1전극에 대응하는 복수개의 제2전극과, 이 제2전극들을 외부 접소시키는 제2배선패턴을 구비하고 있으며 또한 ; 상기 한 절연막상에 형성되는 상기 제1전극들과 상기 다른 한 절연막상에 형성되는 상기 제2전극들 사이에 간격을 제공하는 수단들을 포함하며, 또한 ; 상기 한 절연막상에 형성되는 상기 제2전극들 사이에 간격을 제공하는 수단들을 포함하며, 또한 ; 상기 한 절연막상에 형성되는 상기 제2배선패턴들과 전기적으로 절연시키는수단들을 포함하는 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치소자.
- 제10항에서, 상기 상대적 고저항체 페이스트의 저항값 RH와 상기 상대적 저저항체 페이스트의 저항값 RI과의 상관관계가 RL/RH≤0.1인 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
- 제10항에서, 상기 상대적 고저항체 페이스트가 탄소 페이스트이고, 상기 상대적 저저항체 페이스트가 은 페이스트인 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치소자.
- 제10항에서, 상기 가요성 절연막들이 폴리에스터등의 플라스틱 필름으로 제조된 것이 특징인 박판형 스위치 소자.
