본 고안은 안정기와 스타터램프로 구성된 종래의 형광등점등장치에 있어서 스타터램프 대신에 사용할 수있는 전자식 점등스타터를 제공하기 위한 것이다.The present invention is to provide an electronic lighting starter that can be used in place of the starter lamp in the conventional fluorescent lighting device consisting of a ballast and a starter lamp.
