Claims (12)
- 용융상태에 있는 일정용적의 유리질재료가 용기내에 잔류되고, 상기 재료의 정제를 보조하도록 상기 용기내 상기 용융재료위에 아대기압이 유지됨으로써 상기 용기내 상기 재료위에 기포가 나타나는, 유리질 재료등을 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 기포의 붕괴를 가속화하는 물질을 상기 기포위로 침전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리질재료 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 붕괴 물질이 물, 알칼리 금속화합물 또는 알칼리 금속화합물이 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속화합물이 나트륨 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 붕괴 물질이 수산화나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기포의 붕괴가 물을 기포에 뿌림으로써 가속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 붕괴 물질이 연소성이 있는 액체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기내의 압력이 대기압의 절반을 지나지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 100 토르를 지나지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 붕괴 물질이 기포위로 연속적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 붕괴물질이 기포위로 단속적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 상기 용기로 들어가기에 앞서 액화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제되는 상기 재료가 소오다 석회 실리카 유리이고, 상기 유리에는 처음에 정제보조제로서 1000중량부의 실리카 공급물질에 대하여 2중량부의 황산나트륨에 해당하는 양보다 크지 않는 양으로 유황공급원이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
