Claims (7)
- 일정한 간격으로 기준펄스를 제공하는 펄스발생기(1); 양 전위 수준이 상기 기준펄스와 유사한 파형으로 변하는 전력 공급수단(3); 및 상기 전력 공급수단에 의해 전력을 공급받는 스위칭회로(5)로 이루어진 매트릭스형 액정 표시장치용 선택전극 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전력 공급수단(3)이 펄스 발생기(1)에서 나오는 기준펄스의 열을 레벨-이동시키기 위한 클램핑 회로로 주로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 스위칭 회로(5) 평행으로 연결된 커패시터(31) 및 양극과 음극이 커패시터와 스위칭회로의 네가티브 단자 사이의 접점과 접지에 각각 연결된 다이오드(32)로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 클랭핑 회로(3)가 커패시터(31)(31') 및 다이오드 조합(32)(32')의 부합물로 추가로 이루어져 있어 펄스 발생기(1)를 향한 스위칭회로(5)에서 측정한 임피던스의 평형을 달성할 수 있는 선택전극 구동회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 스위칭회로(5)에 평행으로 연결된 첫 번째 커패시터(31); 콜렉터 및 에미터 전극이 스위칭회로(5)의 네가티브단자 및 접지에 연결된 트랜지스터(33); 트랜지스터(33)의 베이스 전극에 연결된 두 번째 커패시터(34); 및 두 번째 커패시터(34)와 펄스 발생기(1) 사이에 연결된 변환기(36)로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 트랜지스터 스위칭 구조의 부합물로 추가로 이루어져 있어 펄스 발생기를 향한 스위칭회로에서 측정한 임피던스의 평형을 달성할 수 있는 선택전극 구동회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 스위칭회로에 평행으로 연결된 커패시터(31); 스위칭회로(5)를 가로질러 입력단자에서 접지에 연결된 변환기(37); 및 전원, 게이트 및 드레인 전극이 스위칭회로의 네가티브단자, 변환기의 출력단자 및 접지에 각각 연결된 전계 효과적 트랜지스터(38)로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
