본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따라 몰드된 화기 개머리판의 사시도.
제2도는 가이드로드에 위치된 두 조각의 몰드의 종단면도.
제3도는 제6도의 선 3-3을 따라 잘라 몰드가 몰드된 개머리판의 루트단부면을 잘라 보여주는 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 부트부분(butt seetion), 중간리시버부분(receiver section)과 총신지지부분을 포함하는 길죽한 화기 개머리판을 몰딩하기 위한 몰드에 있어서, a) 제1의 중공부를 가지는 제1의 가동몰드부분과, b) 제2의 중공부를 가져, 제1과 제2 몰드부분이 한데 위치되었을 때, 중공부를 형성하는 개머리판의 외부를 제1과 제2중공부가 형성하게 되는 제2의 가동몰드부분과, c) 이 몰드내의 인서트 수용중공부와, d) 인서트지지부분과 코아부분을 가지며, 각기 전술한 인서트 수용중공부에 삽입될 수 있는 다수의 인서트를 포함하고, 각 인서트의 코아부분이 다른 크기와 형상의 개머리판 중공부를 만들 수 있도록 변화될 수 있음을 포함하는 몰드.
  2. 선택된 크기의 중공부를 가지는 플라스틱 라이플 개머리판을 몰딩하기 위한 방법에 있어서, a) 라이플 개머리판의 외부형상을 구비하는 몰드형을 선택하고, b) 다수의 칫수변화하는 중공부를 몰드핀 그대로 만들기위한 다수의 몰드코아수단을 구비하고, c) 의도한 크기중공부를 구비하도록 몰드에 몰드코아 수단을 삽입하고, d) 라이플 개머리판을 형성하도록 플라스틱수지로 몰드를 충전하고, e) 이후 전술한 몰드에 다른 몰드코아수단을 삽입하여 다른 칫수의 중공부를 가지는 라이플 개머리판을 만듦을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 총신지지부분에 판넬오목부를 만들기 위해 판넬오목부코아수단을 가지는 몰드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 몰딩중에 속에 오목부를 만들도록 부트부분으로 또 부트부분으로 길죽한 개머리판에 종방향으로 움직일 수 있는 코아인서트를 가지는 몰드.
