Claims (10)

  1. 천연가스 공급류를 냉각 및 액화하고; 액화 공정을 하기 위한 냉동은 2개의 폐쇄 루우프 냉동 사이클에 의해 수행하고 ; 혼합(다중 성분) 냉동 열펌프 유체를 가진 제1 또는 저수준의 냉동 사이클은 천연가스 공급류를 냉각 및 액화하고 ; 혼합(다중 성분) 냉동 또는 단일 성분 냉동 열펌프 유체를 가진 제2 또는 고수준의 냉동 사이클은 저수준의 열펌프 유체를 냉각하고 ; 공정중에 열효율을 증가시키기 위하여 흡착 냉동 사이클을 병합함으로서, 천연가스, 저수준의 열펌프 유체 및 고수준의 열펌프 유체를 예비 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스의 액화방법.
  2. 천연가스 공급류를 냉각 및 액화하고; 액화 공정을 하기 위한 냉동을 두개의 폐쇄 루우프 냉동 사이클에 의해 수행하고 ; 혼합(다중 성분)열펌프 유체를 가진 제1 또는 저수준의 냉동 사이클은 천연가스 공급류를 냉각 및 액화하고 ; 혼합(다중 성분) 냉동 또는 단일 성분 냉동 열펌프 유체를 가진 제2 또는 고수준의 냉동 사이클은 저수준의 열펌프 유체를 냉각하고 ; 최소한 일부분의 액화 석유 가스를 플래쉬함으로서, 플레쉬류를 형성하고 ; 최소한 일부분의 플래쉬류를 재압축하여 상기 공정에 재순환시킴으로서 디프 플레쉬류를 형성하고 ; 공정의 에너지 효율을 향상시키기 위하여 흡착 냉동 사이클을 병합함으로서 천연가스공급, 저수준의 열펌프 유체 및 고수준의 열펌프 유체 및 디프 플래쉬류를 예비 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 흡착 냉동 사이클이 암모니아-물 흡착 냉동 사이클인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 흡착 냉동 사이클이 암모니아-물 흡착 냉동 사이클인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 저수준의 냉동 사이클로 냉각하기 전에 상기 방법이 천연가스 공급류를 냉각하는 고수준의 냉동 사이클로 더욱 구성되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 저수준의 냉동 사이클로 냉각하기 전에 상기 방법이 천연가스 공급류를 냉각하는 고수준의 냉동 사이클로 더욱 구성되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단일 성분 열펌프 유체가 프로판인 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 단일 성분 열펌프 유체가 프로판인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 저수준 및 고수준의 냉동 사이클에서 저수준 및 고수준의 열펌프 유체를 압축하는 에너지가 가스터어빈으로부터의 배출에 의해 제공되고, 압축으로부터 회수된 폐기 에너지가 흡착 냉동 사이클을 유도하기 위하여 사용되는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 저수준 및 고수준의 냉동 사이클에서 저수준 및 고수준의 열펌프 유체를 압축하는 에너지가 가스터어빈으로부터의 배출에 의해 제공되고 ; 압축으로부터 회수된 폐기 에너지가 흡착 냉동 사이클을 유도하기 위하여 사용되는 방법.
