Claims (6)
- 폐지로부터 얻어진 섬유상 현탁액을 다수의 스크린 선별장치에서 선별 및 세척하여 거친 및 정밀세척을 동시에 수행하고 그리고 하나 또는 그이상의 단계로 배열된 하나이상의 하이드로사이클론에서 정밀세척을 수행하는 폐지처리용 선별 및 세척장치에 있어서, 정밀세척용 스크린 선별장치를 주처리흐름과 이러한 주처리흐름으로부터 분지된 보조흐름내에 모두 설치하고, 그리고 하나이상의 정밀세척용 상기 하이드로사이클론들을 상기 보조흐름내에만 설치하고 ; 하나이상의 상기 하이드로사이클론(들)을 적어도 하나의 스크린 선별장치의 상기 보조흐름 상류에 설치하고 ; 그리고 상기 주흐름내의 현탁액을 정밀세척하기 위해 상기 주흐름내의 하나 또는 그 이상의 스크린 선별장치로부터 거친물질의 최대함량을 가진 부분을 운반할 수 있도록 필수적으로 상기 보조흐름을 설치함을 특징으로 하는 폐지 처리용 선별 및 세척장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드로사이클론이 원추형 원심분리기 또는 세척기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 보조사이클이 주흐름내의 정밀세척용 첫 번째 스크린 선별장치의 초과흐름 출구 접속부분에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보조흐름이 최종적으로 주흐름과 다시 연합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 여과된 찌꺼기를 보조흐름내에서 하이드로사이클론의 하류에 위치한 정밀세척용 선별스크린 장치로부터 정밀세척용 하이드로사이클론의 상류에 위치한 거친세척 선별장치를 경유하여 보조흐름에 되돌리기 위한 역류라인을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 주 및 보조흐름이 또 하나의 정밀세척용 스크린 선별장치 내부 또는 상류에서 재결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
