Description
Claims (10)
- 수성매질내에 분산된 수지상을 포함하는 양이온 전착도장 조성물(상기 조성물은 pH가 최소한 5이고 2,000ppm미만의 납을 함유하며, 상기 수지상은 일반식(여기에서, R은 H 또는 C1내지 C4알킬이다)의 산으로 최소한 부분 중화된 염기성 질소그룹을 갖는다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산된 수지상이 전착도장 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 2내지 60중량%의 양으로 존재하는 양이온 전착도장 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 질소 그룹으로서 1차 아민 그룹을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지상이 에폭사이드 그룹-함유 수지와 1차 또는 2차 아민의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수지상이 에폭사이드 그룹-함유 수지와 케티민 그룹을 함유하는 2차 아민의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지상이 아미노 그룹-함유 아크릴 중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 경화제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 수성 양이온 전착도장 조성물에 첨지된 양극과 음극사이에 전류를 흘려주어 전착도장 조성물을 음극상에 도막으로 침착시큼을 포함하여, 상기 음극과 상기 양극을 포함하는 전기회로에 음극으로 제공되는 전도성 기재를 도장하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 전착도장 조성물이 제1항의 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 전착도장 조성물이 제4항의 조성물인 방법.
